Another 20 minutes on the eliptical. This time I kept the resistance the same for the entire workout. My hamstrings are starting to feel like they are alive again!

Chest (decline/incline/flat/flytes) and 2.1 0 miles at the gym, done at a relatvely brisk pace.

I'm getting there... jumped around on some rocks checking out a potential ride spot.

i thought about doing something.

but then i made dinner instead. I need to put together the new bike at some point.
