Mine was a bit shy :(
I only got 10 minutes on the machine.
Does housework count?

Yup, I think it does. Any activity is good activity.
Didn't do much more than get home after some overtime at work and then played Horizons instead of working on an art project.

Walked between buildings, and up and down and up and down stairs at the big building, yesterday. I'm seriously gonna take a pedometer and find out how much wakling I do in that building, one day :o
Took K for one of his walks. He made it to the SECOND bridge, so probably ~3 miles on the walk, I think. Including the part where he wanted me to chase down the kid on the bike ...

Got out on the bike and the rocks after work. Was what I call a '1 hour' session, but that includes rest time and scouting the rocks. So probably 20-30 minutes of actual riding time. Its usually in ~2 minute increments, and rather anaerobic at times.
Oh yeah, and a pic too...

I walked yesterday. A lot, again. Not briskly, but I had a 12-pound baby strapped to my front and a good 6 pound backpack on my back.
That was my activity yesterday. I'm dead today. :(

15 minutes on the treadmill, then reverse squats with the barbell, forward lunges, calf raises, dead lifts, and forward squats with a stability ball.

One's pretty easy, but after a couple those corpses really get heavy.

I nearly did.
On those rocks yesterday.
Had to bail and ended up going to the downhill side. Not my first choice. Landed about 6' below the bike, between some rocks, on my side. I'll end with saying that I'm glad I wear a full face helmet, chin protection is good.
Kept on riding though. Going back tonight too.

Didn't get as much done as I wished too, I've got a cold that's really sapping my strength for the past week or so...
Wednesday: ~300 calories burned on the treadmill over 25 minutes
Thursday: ~400 calories burned on the treadmill over 35 minutes
Weight is about 191 (down from 195), so that's good.
