Friday: Had a great adventure with Bel in the Plaugelands (sp?). The server appeared to have issues as the NPCs and Mobs were randomly vanishing (but would come back in groups). We were overwhelmed once but it was a great time and Murgos got some good exp.
Saturday: My friend came over and we did some Christmas shopping. I still need to get two big gifts but have no idea what to get my brothers this year. And I need to get some little things for my coworkers.
Sunday: After church I went for a run. It was a bit cold so I went in my cold weather gear but I think I overdid it and overheated (The day heated up a good bit during my run - yes I layered but not nearly well enough). I ended up not feeling well and having to cut my run 9 miles short. Hopefully next week will go better as the race is getting close now! Oh and later made cakes and cookies for work events today. I didn't get to play but did get a little more house cleaning done.
I hope to play tonight.

Friday - Worked, played FF12, studied, ran errands, bought Joy's Xmas presents. Went to my sister's surprise 40th b-day party, which was a lot of fun.
Saturday - Went out and bought a Xmas tree. Then after getting it up went back out and ran errands. In the evening we watched Ice Age 2 which was cute.
Sunday - Skins game. One of these days the Skins are going to put together a complete game and it's going to be beautiful. The Eagles fans weren't their normal selves (I only saw two fights) which was nice. I'm guessing b/c they realized they almost lost to a 4-9 team so there really wasn't much smack to talk.

Friday - Watched Battlestar Galactica and Doctor Who. Played Kaerik and got him to level 29.
Saturday - Got Celegorm to 20 and Wilkin to 24. Was feeling under the weather, so I slept a lot.
Sunday - Woke up feeling worse. Slept off and on all day, but I did play Calliandra some and get her to 30. Watched The Simpsons, American Dad, Family Guy, and Dexter. Also watched a little bit of football and saw that I narrowly lost my FFL playoff game. Good game Ash.
Debating whether to call in sick or not.

I can't remember most of my weekend. Um, I know my ex picked up the kids Friday night. I know we watched BSG, and I think I did some schoolwork, but I'll be derned if I can remember anything else.
Saturday: I went down to the Toys for Tots distribution. Stood outside for 5 hours before we finally got into the building. I was so disillusioned by the people around me by the time I got up to the front that I wanted to just scream. Free toys, right? The complaints, pushing, shoving and whining were enough to try the patience of a saint. If I didn't already have the utmost respect for Marines (and other service men and women), it would have topped out after seeing all of that. Oh, and my gloves got stolen. There was a woman with a baby behind me in line who didn't have any gloves or shoes on her baby. So, I put my gloves over the end of his hands and my extra pair of mittens on his feet and she took off with them. :(
After I got home (which was another 2 hours after I got into the building), I took a long nap. Then I took Peanut out to give Rubi some quiet. Afterwards, we watched Fellowship.
Um, Sunday...what the heck did I do yesterday? A bit of schoolwork....played a bit of super collapse...um...cleaned a bit. *shakes her head* I can NOT remember. Oh, well.
Dunno what's up tonight yet.

I *still* haven't sent off any christmas cards or packages. >.< Although I did shop online to have a few things sent out. Yay for the armchair shopper!
Fri, went to the PO to pick up a letter/envelope. Yay, Pirate Monica (the girl from Wapsi Square). :goodie!:
The 4th generation of the Victoria model is out - early, and thus got the Pro bundle. Now if Poser would only work properly again. Think I need to reinstall it. I just hope all the stuff I have for V3 will work with V4 without much tinkering... Then again, really need to get a bigger HD or a new computer for some of these things. About 450MB on that bundle, zipped/stuffed.
Played L2. In L2, the Dark Elves are a bit taller than the Light Elves, thus gonna work on a few background stories for my two elves. Only thing is, both are named Kellisanth (well, the DE is named Kellisanthalsa). With the Victoria and Stephanie models, Victoria is taller than Stephanie (think by a head and a half or so?). Need to find a Elf style skin for Stephanie, and then to work something out for the two sisters... Different as night is from day... There was a song that came to mind, but gotta try and remember it again... Don't think namechanges can be made? Ah well...
Sat and Sun, both worked... Five more days... We are getting some new folks coming in, and a few are outbound (transferring). One went inflight, the other is transferring to Ft Myers (dagnabbit, there goes our lil' baker!) who's last day is Monday. Depending on how late I work, I'll try and go to her goin' away party... Gonna be painful next morning... And if it is the same sports bar that I remember going to before, they don't have Guiness! /sigh. And it's Monday Night Football, for the Bears. Blech, I'm gonna smell like cigarettes most likely...
Played more L2 during the weekend... Got the Wizard up to L28. Would have been closer to L30, if I hadn't ended up dying, or RPing, or learning how to fish. Yep. Fishing. In L2. Think they snuck that in during C4 'cos I don't recall that when I was in there during C3.
Thought my iPod was busted when I tried to update the music this weekend. Turns out I didn't need to wipe out/reformat the player. ;( I just needed to hook the USB cable directly to the computer and not connect it to the USB extender cable. And I thought it might have been some of the files I had thus wiped out some albums. For some reason, when I imported the music from MusicMatchbox with the Japanese Kanji, it comes out gibberish when played with iTunes. Thus thought the naming there might have been the problem.
Didn't really watch anything this weekend...

Friday: Played some WoW. I can't remember exactly what I did. But I'm pretty sure I played.
Saturday: Got the oil changed in the cars. Went out to get the Christmas tree with the kids, we ran up to where we used to live because they drill a hole in the trunk of the tree which makes it tip proof. We've never had a tree fall over when we used their tree stand which has a post that goes up the hole in the tree. Never! And with the reminder from Sagar, I insisted that we get the tree up in PA. Since we were in the neighborhood, we stopped by and spent some time with old friends up there. It was a good time, and the kids were happy because we stopped at McDonald's for dinner. I am beginning to really get tired of McDonald's.
At night, I played WoW and hooked up with some people who wanted to do Sunken Temple. It was your typical pick-up group. People were dropping out on us in the middle of quests, or just dropped out because they died once. I finally got some decent people in the end, and we did pretty well. I finished 2 quests, and I didn't get done until 3:30 AM.
Sunday: Church, prepare for bible study class, lead bible study that night. Made a mistake in the email sent earlier in the week. I ended up asking people to read another section, and preparing to teach the correct section. So, some people were prepared, and others were not. It effected some of the participation. I hate when I screw up like that.:| Just logged into WoW long enough to check on my AH stuff. I didn't really sell a lot.

Had an interesting weekend.
Friday night, our nephews Caleb and Lucas spent the night. Becky, her mom, and Caleb baked cookies while I played with Lucas. Great time. Also got a minor divot in my forehead while trying to unload the minivan; didn't realize the backdoor wasn't all the way up, in the garage.
Sat, took the boys to their Breakfast with Santa. Fun time. Then Becky and her mom took my stepgrandmotherinlaw to the ER, while I took my car to the shop and got a rental (paid for by the shop). Bleh. Chevy Aveo. Blehblehbleh. My stepgrandmotherinlaw had a dangerously low potassium level, which explains her odd behavior. Spent Sat evening preparing church stuff.
Sun, church stuff. Becky taught Bible Study to the teens, while I worked on bulletin stuff, then during church I gave offering and communion meditations, this time without any notes whatsoever. Big step for me. :D Then we had a youth group fellowship time, which we're trying to do every week. Went home, watched Miracle on 34th Street (the new version, featuring the grandpa from Jurassic Park and the girlfriend from Big). During the evening, I smooshed my pinky finger on my right (writing) hand. It's swollen to double size, and is thoroughly bruised. Looks loverly.
I have a feeling this is going to be a loooong week.

Got to play a little bit, (about 7 hours) Sunday. Jen took the kids away and was gone most of the day. Aan came out and tradeskilled for a while in the morning. He dinged 27 Armorer. Ran out of recipes to make pristines with, about 1/3 the way through the level. Now, will need to grind through the rest. PITA.
Jadiir came out and joined Quervo and Zoldan in Steamfont. Later again, in Nek Castle for an Everling run. Good god, could that be more frustrating! Had to bail out near the end when the kids woke from their nap. :mad!:
Cheers to Zoldan who patiently lead the way, over and over again... :goodie!:
Was great to see so many old familiar(?) faces.

FRI : Watched Dr. Who and BSG before hitting the sack early, was really tired.
SAT : Cleaned house most of the day. Put up some X-mas decorations as well. Went out to dinner at Texas Roadhouse with the wife in the evening. Played a little Guild Wars later on.
SUN : Went out to buy a Christmas tree in the morning. The tree lot guy was late, so I stood around for 30 minutes picking out the one I wanted and the one my mother-in-law wanted. When the guy finally did show up, some dork that got there after us jumped on him knowing full well we were there long before he was. After overhearing me refer to the other customer as "that jackass" (intentionally within earshot of said jackass) and sensing our displeasure, the tree lot guy gave us discounts on our trees. Got mine home to discover my eyes were bigger than my house. What I thought was about a 7.5 foot tree turned out to be about 9 feet and was scraping the ceiling. I cut it down about 6 inches and it now hulks in the corner, overwhelming all who enter my home with it's monolithic Christmas presence.
After that I went Christmas shopping, ALONE. I left armed with a list of stores, items to get in each store, and prices to pay (based on circulars and web lookups). The stores were in order based on geographic location, and when possible items were listed based on section of the store they were located in. The operation was a complete success, surgical strikes were executed on Circuit City, Target, Best Buy, Sears, Card Factory Outlet, Waldenbooks and Toys'R'Us. Each store called for a quick insertion, adherance to the primary objectives, and a fast but orderly extraction. The only time I got distracted was at Target, where several cute moms positioned throughout the store slowed me down a bit. The whole operation took just under 3 hours, and I was home in time to catch most of the Bengals game.
I only have a couple of gifts left to buy now, and I can finish those up next weekend or during the week sometime. Played a little Guild Wars in the evening, then turned in early again.

played a bunch of EQ2, got knemo to 51.5! finished the oracle robe heritage and tinkered around with other quests
saturday we went shopping some and picked up some odds and ends so i could work on the bathroom vanities sunday
sunday: took out the vanity in the upstairs hall, after going out for a plumbers wrench b/c my pliers weren't big enough to grip the nut and turn it. picked up the new vanity and fixtures, brought it home, put it in relatively easily and discovered that the drain doesn't line up with the trap. it's like 3" too high, 4" too far back, and 1" over ... picked up some other bits later to try to match it up, but i think i need to take out the whole trap (or as much as is actually removable, which I don't hold great hopes on) and start with the raw drainage pipe
after putting on the vanity, we decided to go ahead and take out the master, since we were doing it too and didn't seem like it would take too long. found the original shipping receipt and some newspapers from when the house was built, under the cabinet :o picked up another vanity, started trying to put it in and ... the support bar for the drawers goes through the trap and the cold water cutoff. took out the support (and incidentally made it NOT have drawers now) put it together, yadda, and the drain is about 1.5" high and .5" back.
need to get an extension for the master drain, and probably a new trap for the hall. and then just hope it all works out :/
picking K up tonight. gotta take the old garbage to the dump next weekend

Friday: dont remember.
Sat: Jack participated in a Karate Tournament in the morning. He got second place! Afterwards I took the kids out to lunch, then took them to go see The Nativity Story (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0762121/). Jack got bore REALLY quick (as he does have the attention span of a fly) but Nina seemed to enjoy it somewhat. Afterwards we went to go pick out our Christmas tree. On the way home, Nina got a call from her best friend wanting her to spend the night. So i learned that Celina would rather spend the night at her friends than decorate the tree with me and her brother. She is growing up and i suppose she is gonna want to spend less time with her family. So we dropped her off then went home to go decorate the tree. I dont know how but Jack managed to get himself tangled up in the lights like a mummy. It was quite hilarious.
Sun: Picked up Nina from her friends and went to the local parade here where I live. The kids got to be in the parade cause one of the floats was for the Karate. So they got to throw beads, candy and such to everyone. They had a blast! Went home to watch the Saints beat the **** out of them silly Cowboys. I could care less who won. But i did have to call my cousin later (who happens to be a HUGE Cowboys fan) and just rub it in his face. :lowcool:

Well Friday I stayed home from work with a stomach virus and finally late Saturday afternoon I was better but still today not feeling that great. That type of virus just makes you feel drained and if you stand up it makes you feel light headed and dizzy.
Over the weekend I finally got Straden to lvl 40 and helped some groups in EQ2 with Draeken. Sunday night Fisyle help me get get further on the CLaymore quest. Planning on playing tonight. Shadowgates mentioned to me that Draeken could be needed for the group that Nitz is forming around 8pm. Seeya then.

Zyzzyva didn't do much of note - he completed a set of writs in the Bonemire, and got into a LoW group in SoS.
My swashbuckler on the Antonia Bayle server did the Dwarven Ringmail Tunic heritage quest, started the PGT quest (through Tarby), and helped several others with some quests in TS.

Saturday - chores, and a birthday party for a few members of Sparrohawk's clan. Sparrowhawk has moved so far South he's nearly in Iowa.
Sunday, ran over to my favorite gaming/hobby store for their "customer appreciation" weekend, bought a few new gaming books, and enjoyed complimentary dogs and sodas. Spent a goodly part of the afternoon strippinig stubborn adhesive and backing off the hardwood floor in my hallway. I've decided that people who put vinyl down over hardwood aught to be shot.

DNP at all this weekend.
Friday: Nostalgia kicked in and we pulled out the old playstation and played tetris competitively. Carol kicked my arse.
Saturday: Not much during the day - went to a Welsh Society christmas party in the evening.
Sunday: Bells in the morning. Hung out the rest of the day, made a list of things to work on for Monday. Totally spaced out that sunday was DDO night. Sorry guys. :( Oh and we checked out the Wii at GameStop just to see what its like. Its ... interesting ... but the game selection kinda sucks (though I'm interested in Zelda) and there's nothing on it yet that would appeal to the two of us. Plus we're still running in the red so this was just a check it out kinda thing.
Monday: Fixed and or patched a few things around the house. The gutter over the rear porch is loose - the wood holding it has completely rotted out. I was able to tack it up to hold over the winter but in the spring we'll need a contractor out to fix it. Fixed a few pieces of loose siding. Cleaned up the yard. Took the rest of the day to ourselves and enjoyed my day off.

Thursday - Went to the National Christmas Tree Lighting in DC with Rena, My Aunt and her boyfriend, Rena's Parents and God Parent. It was an interesting event, and worth the once in a lifetime viewing (it's cold as hell, it was like 20 degrees with 20mph winds).
Friday - Went to a tour of the Whitehouse with Rena, her parents and god parents.
Saturday - Went out and bought a new car for Rena, Replaced her 2001 Jetta with 140k miles, for a 07 Rabbit with 15 miles. Her old car was dieing (Catalytic Converter was gone, Transmission was about to die, plastic parts falling off.. it was a lemon and I got them to give us 4k for it).
Sunday - Went out and looked at houses, nothing exciting found one that was nice, but no orgasmic experience to cause us to buy yet.

We paid 500$ above dealer invoice, down from the original 1600$ above invoice it was and we got 4K for the lemon (I glued parts back onto the car ahead of time and cleaned it up), up from the original 3K they were willing to give. We might have been able to get another 200$ cheaper, but that is iffy. All said and down it was 15K total (included Taxes, Tags, Etc).
They didn't have time to investigate the check engine light (we didn't volunteer).
Internet research brought it down easily 600$ (Find the cheapest dealer with the best rep and get their price listed on their website), and negotiation took care of the rest. The dealers have very little room to move on the Rabbits as is.
Paying cash helps too.
