There was an EQ spoof written on some web site. The story takes place in a Denny's. The bacon and eggs are scowling. The coffee hits you for 10 hitpoints... I can't remember enough of it to give Google anything to work with.

There was a cleric that had his own website. His name escapes me (Kwon, maybe?). Rude, crass, vulgar, and generally the type of person I'd avoid grouping with. He had some bits that were pretty funny, though, particularly about inducting tanks into his "Purple Line Club" - that point at which you are unconscious on the ground but not yet dead and your health bar turns purple before CH lands and you're miraculously back at full health. "I don't know why they get so upset about it. I time it right about 1 out of every 10 times, which I think is a damned impressive accomplishment." :D
