Last night, I went out to do my running: post office, bank, library, that sort of thing. Stopped to buy myself a pair of shoes (gasp!) and take advantage of the 70% off at the craft stores before heading to Wally World for batteries, leftover wrap (for next year) and other assorted stuff. Didn't get home until almost 11. Bleh! Played a bit of Super Collapse 3 before heading to bed WAY too late.

Just got into work. /giggle.

Let's see, yesterday was the same ol' same ol'. After work I played Gears of War. When Joy came home we went out for sushi then came home and watched a couple of TiVo'ed CSI episodes.

DNP. Yesterday I had my regular 4 week midwife check up, everything seems good though I am measuring a bit big, but since we just had an ultrasound she wasn't overly worried about it. After that we went out and did a bit of shopping and I got my new book, that came out yesterday. Got home and read for the rest of the evening. Overall, a fairly quiet day.

Played some EQ2 last night. Nothing terribly eventful.

For the first time since November I managed to get both instances done in EQ2 ... For someone who's been burning out rather hard core this was a nice change and I had a blast! I didn't get any drops but it still was a lot of fun. Managed to take out Valdoon for the first time with no deaths.

Work was slow... work is slow today... just watching the clock count down so mayhap I can return and do some more EQ2ing :D

Left work early - almost no one here this week.

Played some WoW in the afternoon.

Played more WoW in the evening - after supper and Murder, She Wrote and The Muppet Show.

Grouped with Murgos and Beliane and the PaliDuo took me to the plaguelands where we whomped a good many undead. Sagar (the original) would have been in HEAVEN! Played too late, but I was having fun  . Did managed to drag myself away - about 1500 exp from my next level. :lowrazz:

At work, it was pack and ship for the January trade show in Las Vegas. After the pick-up, I looked at everyone and asked... "Time for a Beer?"

*grins*

My good boys... they looked at me and said "After we finish the paperwork for you."

They'll get rewarded at the Trade Show. That's where I toss the party invites around, we buy dinner, they usually bring their spouses and they get a free afternoon to explore the Convention center, and extend their trip over the weekend for a weekend in Vegas if they so choose. But usually we all want to go home and collapse after it's all over.

The evening was one of... my bro coming around at 5:30pm and kicking everyone out the door saying we'd worked hard enough this week.

Dinner, wine & cake for my sis-in-law's birthday (AHA! That was why he needed to get home early!) and an early night for me.

Played with Jordan on the PS2. Super Monkey Ball Adventure or something like that. I have to say, Jordan is one coordinated cookie.

Read some Wyrd Sisters while Jennifer was working and then crashed.

Home from work yesterday to cover on the kids who are out of school/daycare. Took them out early to return a non-fitting Texa A&M jersey to my sister at my mom's house so she can get the boy another one when she's back down there. Ran errands after that, and finished the day out with a trip to the local fire house for a tour. My son is in cub scouts, and one of their "go and see it" activities was to visit a fire house. He was sick when they did it as a group, so I took him and his sister for a more personal tour. Fireman Joe did an awesome job showing the kids around and making the visit fun and the impression lasting. When we got home they spent the rest of the day playing firemen while dad took an hour or so to play some Medieval 2 : Total War. Playing as the English to start so I can get a feel for the game mechanics, but will start over as someone else soon. I'm thinking Europe united under Scottish rule would be pretty cool.

Worked. A passenger was suprised that I knew what a Utili-kilt was (he had the gray ones on).

L2, got Oracle up to L31, and Assassin closer to to her first class quest (got PK'd while killing two mobs). Watched Shawshank.

Short huh?

Had my outpatient surgery on Fri 12/22. Recovery's taken a bit longer than I expected, tho' all's normal. Christmas weekend was a blast, tons of family time, fun times, but a pain to get around, especially with all the children.

Only notable "accomplishment" this week, game-wise, is I started playing Dungeon Runners, courtesy of Raveneye. Fun game, slightly addicting (but only slightly), but now thinking about it, rather monotonous. Still haven't grouped yet, even tho' currently to level 22 and on Agrock Gauntlet lvl 6, second time through storywise. Kinda fun soloing as a ranger, soloing Ssirat and Agrock's younger brother. :D
