More trials bike work for me.

Didn't do much at all on Friday. Heck, don't even remember what I did Friday night.

Saturday I was out on the bike for an just over an hour. Again, that translates into 20-30 minutes of intense work, remainder is rest and recovery.

Sunday evening was 1.5 hours on the bike, back on the rocks. Had a friend taking pictures (will post a couple somewhere, turned out great) so I was riding more than usual (compared to normal amounts of rest periods). Definitely tired tonight.

Food highlight (lowlight?) of the weekend was lunch Saturday. Barbequed tri-tip and chicken sandwich, side of macaroni salad. DAMN that was good.

Going to be on the trials bike at least twice this weekend for more practice, got a competition again next Sunday.

Friday -- worked late didn't do anything after i got home. Spent all day in a manic rush, does thta count?

Saturday -- Took K for a walk, put together the new exerbike, did 4.5mi or so

Sunday -- Went for a shorter walk (he got bored by the wind and the mud) and another 4 mi on the exerbike

hill setting, haven't messed with the other ones yet. figure it's good for my thighs even if it's not on "super caloric ramjet" or whatever

Friday - We went to Annapolis (State Capital of MD), so Greebo and I walked the historic district. Then walked to/from the hotel/pub for dinner.

Saturday - mostly vegetated and prepped foods for Sunday (family came down from PA to celebrate my cousins return from Iraq).

Lots of food left over but managed to send the bad things home with guests (like the cakes). :)

Friday, walked around the Home and Garden show some, walked all over downtown (again).

Saturday, very much of nothing.

Sunday, spent the day at the Home and Garden show, setting up windows and carrying other equipment around. I must have walked a good 8 miles. My fee sure felt like it.

Sunday: 50 more minutes on the treadmill ~500-550 cal's burned. Got on the scales at my parent's place yesterday and was surprised to see "190"... that's after dinner, wearing clothes, PDA, wallet and shoes. So I'm making some progress. Haven't really changed my eating habits much, but am hitting the treadmill 3-4 times a week for 40-50 minutes each, which is making the difference.
