It's been two weeks since we've started and about time we all do a weigh in and update our posts in the sticky accordingly.

Rubi can't, because our scale is still broken (though I'm going to try to get him to the big one at Kauffman's this week).

I, however, borrowed a couple of open ones at Walmart. I'll be editing my post. :D

217. Net loss of about 3 pounds. Not too shabby when you consider that I've also put on a little bit of muscle.

edited my post, down to 182-183 (I keep not feelinglikewaiting while the scale decides; it was tending towards 182 yesterday, though)

not bad, IMO

Don't feel bad. I was up near 220 last year. Last year helped my weight problem a lot :o

I do not recommend it, however ;)

Actually, this is mostly b/c she made me quit eating "until I'm full" :o That, and taking K on a 3-4mi walk like 4-5 times a week ... good grief charlie brown!

I wish I could say I was able to keep the point system going the full 2 weeks, but my weekends have been self sabotage...a beer here and a whiskey there....Irish stew at the pub and cooking a variety of things for the weekend guests that we have had. :(

I am still down 5 pounds from my initial though, :) ( I just regain them from the weekend and have to re-lose them during the week). Well, the pounds didn't go on fast so I can't expect them to come off fast either *shrug*.

I've lost about 5 pounds without really trying the last month or so. But, that's not really my issue.

Ended up at the doctor on Monday for a follow up. All the blood tests look good. Cholesterol coming down. I have another 6 months to work on it or I go on medication.

I seem to be holding around 267 with minor fluxuations, but my dining habits and exercise schedule have been more erratic than Carol's, so I'm not surprised. I have been gradually scaling back on how much I eat, and when, but obviously not significantly enough yet.

Still I've halted the INCREASE, which is the first step, obviously. :)
