I lifted bells repeatedly in rapid succession. You might not believe this to be much, but the base bells weigh about 2-4 pounds each. Other than that, I keep telling myself I need to get back on the machine.

playede with the bike again did 40 minutes and 5 miles which is about 500 calories which workes for me.

15 minutes on the treadmill, bench press, inclined press, front and reverse pulldowns, and 50 situps.

Was 'recovering' after my long trials session on Sunday evening. Yeah, that's it.
