Spent a bunch of time running around the other building, does that count?

Did about 15 minutes on the bike, on the "speed/aerobic" program setting. My legs and feet were killing me (I should wear shoes), and I'd just broken 110 calories at nearly 4.5 miles when I stopped. (going back to the hill setting, where 2.5 miles blows 250 cals, yeeesh)

Got to do 2 x 10 minute sessions and I took down a wall! Its the putting it back up that will take some time!

Did chest (incline/decline/bench/flyte) and 2.5 miles on the elliptical.

Did 20 mins on the elliptical, although the base broke. One of the support legs broke so that it now wobbles when we ride it. I need to rig up some better support for it.

Bike trials, again.

Just over an hour of urban riding. Don't like the urban as much as natural, on the rocks. Urban I'll probably ride more, rest less; but its mostly single moves. On the rocks I'll usually do one section for a couple minutes, then rest.

Used the bike for 20 minutes did the hill setting 2.5 miles and 250 calories.
