Geez, this it about the only time I feel like I'm ahead of you east coasters.
Just got back from another morning road ride. 12 miles, 48 minutes. I'll probably stick with this loop until I'm comfortably at 45 minutes, then start adding to it a wee bit. Would like to have a 60 minute ride time.
Oh, and yes, the mockingbird is still around. Except this morning I rolled over and was about halfway awake when it started noisemaking.
