I dig chest exercises and did 3 miles on the elliptical trainer.

15 minutes on the treadmill, squats, straight-leg dead lifts, forward lunges, and calf raises.

Absolutely nothing, exercise wise. Except weigh myself.

I'm eating. I swear I am. And I've lost weight again. Down 5 more pounds...

What, nobody did 12oz weights last night?

After not doing anything Monday or Tuesday, I got back out on the trials bike last night. Drove south to the UCLA campus for a group ride. Five of us ended up riding about from 7pm-midnight. Didn't get back home til 2am. Had a damn good time though, will definitely return for more rides there.
