And not keeping up like we should!

I didn't do anything this weekend except about a mile walk on Saturday. I was feeling perfectly crappy from my tooth.

However, Peanut's starting to sleep more. So, I think I'm going to start having more energy for exercise! Yay!

I've been lagging here too! Ha Ha!

I am turning the garden over so that is some lifting and shoveling. I'll be continueing that for the week most likely.

Saturday K and I went out for another run to the lake.

Friday I got to run around the othre building and up&down 3 floors half a dozen times, does that count? :o

I should think so!

I've been getting back into doing my pushups, 20 before bed and 20 when I get up in the morning.

I also cut my normal meal portions in half and have lost 8 lbs so far. Feels great after two weeks of no losses.

I weighed in on Sunday and even after my day of no dieting, I'm down a total of 17 pounds without the exercise part.

I'm hoping with that, I can get even further. :D

Haven't been on the road bike for awhile, should see it again tomorrow morning. Was out on the trials bike for a few hours yesterday.

I'm getting interested in some weightlifting, but something a bit different. Its called Superslow. Really would like to find a qualified trainer and gym in my area, but no luck yet.

Since our vacation, I've been struggling to get back on track. My weight is basically at the same place it was when I left and I really haven't exercised much at all :? . I'm planning to get back in gear this week. Yes, yes, I am!!!!

/em wanders around the house looking for that motivation she lost.

RL still a bit hectic (health issues still).

Did a few loads of laundry, vacuumed the bedroom, stripped the bed and washed the linens, vacuumed the hallway, cleaned up the bathroom, reorganized my closet and the linen stack. Skimmed a full garbage bag full of papers, labels, junk from various rooms. Unloaded and loaded the dishwasher.

Dunno what all that was worth, but it made me feel good. :P
