Group 1 Decision Thread

OK guys, here's the thing.

First of all, I tend to run a very open style, which means I leave a lot of decisions and choices to the players. That means I need detailed responses and plans of action.

I know a bunch of you are playing in Sagar's fast-paced thread, and that's cool. But I need to know if people are interested in continuing this adventure or not.

Here's the responses I've gotten to my last post (on the 23rd; 10 days):

Lycos:
FYI, we tied the horse up before going on this trail.
I'll take a closer look at this cloth that I have found.

Shiz:
Once we see the signs, I motion everyone to slow down so Tess can stay stealthed.

Din:
IC: I don't think we should waste a 29 stealth roll, it's the best I can get...


I have three other players, although it took me some time yesterday to remember everyone's name that's in this adventure ... (and strictly speaking, Din's isn't a real action, more of an OOC comment)

So, if you want to jump ship and play in Sagar's game, that's fine. If you want to hang out and play in this game, that's fine too, and I'll try to keep my posting speed up a bit more than it has been, but work an' all ...

Sometimes, as DM, I have a hard time figuring out when the party is just discussing and when they actually are going to do something.

In the old days, we'd have a caller. The caller was the one who said what each person in the party was going to do. Only after the caller made his report did the DM respond.

A caller might help this group.
