In order to keep the game moving along you've probably noticed that I've taken liberties w/ respect to character's actions and what they say.

I don't like doing it but I feel it necessary to keep things from getting stale. I will admit that I might not be waiting long enough for some of you to post your actions. If that is a problem, let me know and I'll wait longer.

In the interest of both keeping the game interesting and respecting everyone's characters, post here how you'd like me to have your character act both in and out of combat.

If you don't want me to make any moves for you at all, post that. But know that I take no responsibility for your group mates calling you at home telling you to post. :lowlol:

Out of Combat
While generally very friendly and charming, Greebo is intrinsically distrustful of anyone who wants something from him and will check insight at every opportunity, even with those closest to him. He's not unwilling to help others, he just wants to be sure he understands the full motivation as much as possible when he chooses to render aid. When he doesn't sense that anyone wants something from him, he's quite open and relaxed.

He spends a lot of time working locals (streetwise) to learn new areas and make casual associations that can help him get things done later.

He will not hesitate to "slip into a role" when it helps advance his needs (bluff) but he tries to make sure his bluffs go along with what is expected in most cases, unless I specifically state otherwise. (IE: Tell em what they expect to hear or wont be surprised to hear)

IN Combat:
Move, strike, and move. Use concealment *all* the time when possible (moving 3+ after every attack. Use Curse, Blast, and move. Curse, Blast, Move. If really threatened, eyebite and withdraw. When cursed marks die, misty step. Ideally, move around alot and get curses on as many targets as possible, but focus attacks on one at a time.

Witchfire only on the strongest enemies.

Armor of Agathys if adjacent to 2 or more enemies.

If adjacent to only one, infernal wrath if it isn't a minion to make space.

And one other thing I've conveyed to ES privately.

As far as storyline participation, Rend isn't terribly interested in chatter. He will go off alone and explore whenever it is reasonable and then report back. As far as where we go and what we do, he will generally defer to Sagar. Rend just wants to see the world and fight bad guys. He is intrigued by Sagar's religious faith (possible wis-based multiclassing in his future).

Rend pre-battle tactics: Stealth ahead of the group, looking for traps and enemies. When outdoors, he would do this using an animal form that would probably be a regular in the vicinity - but it has to be roughly my body size. He does not engage in combat while alone and in front if he can help it.

Rend battle tactics (although I expect to be able to post most of the time):

1) Attack lone enemies with Charge+Pounce, then Savage Rend+slide the enemy away+charge/pounce someone else (flank?) on the next turn after shifting away to avoid OAs. Don't forget the free shift I get by going from animal to humanoid. Can only change form once per round so if I have to shift to humanoid form to get away, I will have to use sling or Chill Wind that round.

2) Chill Wind to kill minions and pack enemies together for Cilene or Jagged to AE. This will work best if Cilene is later in the init order. This attack would also be used to push enemies into pits or off ledges.

3) Cull the Herd for bringing bosses into meless range for Jagged or pulling melee mobs off of Cilene.

While Cilene has a great desire to believe that all races are equal, she still struggles with a lifetime of conditioning that says she is wrong. She sometimes makes condensending comments without realizing what she's said.

She doesn't like being alone, and will do her best to stay with a member of the party at all time.

IN Combat:

Ranged attacks as much as possible, prefers to be within running distance of a party member. If there's an opportunity to catch a group of enemies in an AE she will.

Out of Combat - Maz is by nature a quiet person, he will speek up if he has something of relavance on a topic at hand (IE talk about a trained skill.)

In Combat - Engage closest target, Aegis of Shielding on it, Greenflame Blade at will attack.

Out of Combat -
Jagged is friendly to most, but slow to accept people into his inner circle/pack. He's more likely to trust / protect primal causes (or people). Due to his background (see story on character sheet), Jagged is wary of people large amounts of power and those who solely advance their personal interests.

.... he's also a bit of a ladies man :P

In Combat -
Jagged will attempt to charge and disrupt the enemy's flank and attack their back line. However, he is unafraid to step in and engage multiple enemies.

I am ok with that. I can always halt the column and go scout.

Nop/Jagged's schedule so I have it:

I have class from 9 to noon on Monday/Wednesday/Friday and 1:20 to 2:30, on Tuesday / Thursday it is 10 to noon. On MWF I stop back by my townhouse after class (building is nearby), so I can usually do Jagged's turn then (and roll better than Greebo :P)
