Ooooh... that looks interesting. Attack and movement techniques, could be quite useful.

Not clear on how the Move Technique stuff works.
Situation:
Monk's turn starts. He has an ally adjacent to the east (Fighter) and an enemy adjacent (east) to the Fighter. It will take 7 moves to flank the enemy without provoking any OAs and the Monk's base move is 6.
Move action: Dancing Cobra Move Technique (move speed +2)
Std action: Dragon's Tail Attack Technique with CA bonus from flanking
That would violate the "one full discipline power per turn" without an AP spent, so what is the real point of the movement techniques? I have a hard time imagining a lot of scenarios where the monk would not attack but choose to move speed +2 or swap places instead. Spending Encoumter Powers to move seems nuts. I guess if you cannot get into position for a good attack it gives the monk options since I don;t see any Ranged attacks.

From my read, if you took "Dancing cobra" as the move, then you would *have* to use Dancing Cobra as the attack as well - thus allowing you to move at speed +2 and get the 1[w] + mod-dex and maybe mod-wis.
The AP spend would allow you to then attack with Dragon's Tail or Craine's Wings or Five Storms. I wouldn't allow it to let you move again, however, since it would be a different type of move.

Oh I got it. So you can use the same power twice. I like that concept.

I'm not sure it's "can" as much as it is "must".
