...why RPG's work so well as video games. The PHB itself keeps the GM's busy, but with all the new addendae (is that even a word? it should be... let's make it one!) I can't imagine what a headache it all is to wrap your head around all the actions, reactions, interrupts, effects, saves... Miss one little thing and it turns the tide of an encounter, whether that be the GM or a player. Again, Kudos to our GM's for keeping this all straight.

Praise and adulation is all very well, but cold, hard currency is more likely to win you favor. ;)

Well, I'll admit that I've started letting the players do most of the work. At first I was looking up every single power making sure all the modifiers were correct and whatnot. I've stopped doing that for the most part. Hell, only reason I caught Sagar's attempt to illegally use two Channel Divinity powers was b/c I wanted to copy the text of the power out of his Power Card.

Obviously this opens the door to some fudging by the players but I mostly trust the Group 4 ppl. And I suspect they know that if they're caught cheating we don't need to be playing w/ 6 ppl. ;)
