I'm curious to watch you play the wizzie, same as I've been having fun watching Moonie play hers. Just to see the different builds and playstyles. It balances out too, Solak is Staff, Cilene is Wand, Fia is Orb.

Though Solak is a bit envious of your +9 ATK with the Implement Expertise and a +2 Orb, he's at a +7 and has been annoyed with that recently (as Brun has probably noticed).

Yeah maybe we can finally see what Magic Missile does when it HITS someone! ;)

I will recommend that everyone spell out the powers in full here. It makes it very easy to cut and paste into the adventure later, less room for delays as the DM has to double check things.

Oh mine just isn't finished yet, the powers will be spelled out in full, but it has to wait till nap time. It is kind of hard to do a lot of look up and detail work with two short ones hanging on you.

Yeah, she does seem a bit Vanilla.

Old Build removed to reduce confussion (I hope).

Your utility power, Reap the Rattled, is currently useless since you don't have any powers with the Rattling keyword. Your powers are good, though, so don't change them to fix Reap the Rattled. Change the utility. Tumble is always a good choice.

I had a hard time picking the utility. I was really leaning towards quick fingers.

I appreciate the suggestions and help from everybody!

Dinbin - which starting stat set did you go with? I'm not seeing how you ended up with your ability scores. Just making sure the racial and L4 bonuses are added correctly.

I think din took the PC straight from the other game, no mods

Moved the discussions out of the roster thread, per DM request to keep the thread clear of chatter and just have the character information there.

Question about reagents for rituals... to indicate that a character has them (Fia's are mostly Arcane based). Do you just list in your character roster "n-gp worth of arcana reagents" and just subtract n from your gold? You don't need to list specific reagents, right?

Shiz does make an important point:

KEYWORDS MATTER

Make sure you fully understand the keywords for your powers, and DMs for the NPCs.

For example, Insubstantial mobs (usually the undead) take 1/2 damage from ALL damage sources. That's never printed in the descriptions of the NPCs because the Keyword says it all.

For the most part no. If you're using something that's particularly rare or expensive, let me know and we can discuss whether it was "available" when you went looking.

You're using Bat Guano, sure, have as much as you want.

You're using Dragon Guano from a young purple dragon harvested no more than three days after it was chalked under a full moon ... well, now we's gots to have a talk :o

Just because we've started, don't stop looking over your character info. Was looking over the character sheet PDF from the character builder, noticed the target info for my Twin Strike at-will power.

Oh hey, look at that... kinda makes obvious sense, but I looked right over it

"Target: one or two creatures"

I'm glad to have a dual target power, if needed.
