At the sound of the boy's scream, the party dashes north though a wide hallway flanked by pillars. Urvi takes point and stops as she enters an immense chamber.
Two thrones sit along the north wall of this immense chamber. One has a rotting but still fleshy corpse on it, and the other has a bleached skeleton. The skeleton is holding a thrashing child in its bony hands as the fleshy corpse is bending down to it, apparently ready to feed.
Other piles of bone litter the ground (dark squares).
The eyes of the fleshy corpse begin to glow. ?Intruderssssss!? it lisps. ?Consssssssume them!?. The skeleton hurls the boy to the ground, where he lies motionless as the undead monster prepares to attack.

The corpse is something you recognize as a Deathlock Wight. Memories flood back to you - you've fought these before, but you don't remember exactly when...
The Deathlock Wight has powers that allow it to manipulate and control the tide of battle. The touch of their claw drains one's ability to recover from injury (loses surges). They can send power across a room to immobilize an enemy, and twist their face into a visage so horrific, all who look upon it recoil in fear (will attack dmg and push 3, close blast) They can even restore a fellow undead companion to unlife during a fight.
They are immune to disease and poison, and necrotic damage is weakened seriously against them, but as with most undead, radiant energy is deadly to them.
The other - the skeleton... you recognize it as a Boneshard skeleton but cannot recall anything beyond that.

Shere moves to L6 (Move), cursing the fleshly foul fetid beast (Minor: Oath of Enmity) before using his Abjure Undead against fleshy mcfleshersen (Standard: Abjure Undead: Close Burst 5, one undead within burst, +6 vs Will, 3d10+5 radiant damage, Pull 5, Immobilized EONT; Miss: half dmg, pull 1)

27/2 Dmg, and we'll pull him to L3 I guess.
And if you really meant I only had a surprise round to act, then I used my Radiant Vengeance, 16 vs Reflex, probably still missed, and didn't move

Shere moves into the room and places his oath upon the wight. He then summons holy power and attempts (16 vs. will; miss) to abjure the rotted corpse before him. The wight clearly has strong mental defenses, however, and while it's a near thing, Shere cannot break the Deathlock's defenses.
The Wight cries out (free), "Arise, my warriors!" and the piles of bone littered around the room start to tremble and rise up to form 5 skeletons of a type you have not seen before. (Religion)

The wight then points a finger at Shere, and a bolt of necrotic energy (16 vs. ref14) slams into him, rooting him to the spot in pain (7 dmg; immobilized SE)

He's crumpled on the ground in front of the skeleton's throne. He's actually on the map, but he's friggin tiny...
The skeletons that just appeared have shortbows and longswords. You don't know what they are.
Raj advances into the room, just a bit, and sends a burst of cold at the wight which (14 vs. fort) bounces off ineffectively.
The new skeletons take aim with their bows at the nearest targets. That's Urvi for Skel 1 and 2 (21 and Nat1 vs. AC16), and Shere for the rest (12, 9 and nat1 vs. AC not even looking). Clearly these new skeletons are inept. Urvi is grazed lightly (3 dmg)

Urvi will move to M2 (move action), change into the Form of the Restless Panther (minor, assume form of panther, while in form +2 to Reflex and +1 bonus to attack rolls against enemies marked by me). She will then mark the Boneshard Skeleton (free action) and use Form of the Restless Panther Attack (standard action, +8 vs Reflex (since marked), 2d12+4 damage and ongoing 5 damage (save ends), miss: Half damage and ongoing 2 damage (save ends)).

Urvi moves towards the boneshard skeleton, and as she does, her form shimmers, becoming fluid, and she changes into a panther. She roars at the skeleton, challenging it (mark). Her claws lash out and claw the skeleton violently (16 vs ref; hit) and marrow starts oozing from the bones (21 dmg; 5 ongoing SE).
Jacoby moves and begins to sing, and your hearts are lifted (+1 all attack if w/in 5 of Jacoby). He summons a cone of sound, the point of which (17 vs. ref) slams into the wight (11 dmg; bloodied) and amplifying the effectiveness of against the wight for the near future.

Duma raises a surprised eyebrow at the panther formed Urvi.
Then he moves to n5 (which I believe is close enough) and uses rebuke undead on the deathlock and the boneshard.

If that's the case my attack is no good either. Also, we are probably dead as fried chicken!
Although, we rolled initiative. I mean, everyone in this fight had to roll initiative, so it isn't the last encounter. We paused long enough to look around, check out the corpses and then find urine.

Shere is ok - I did not think he'd used Abjure in the previous fight and I've confirmed that.

"Looks like these guys have a bone to pick with us." He puts them back on as the opening wail of Baba O'Reilly by the Who echos through the corridor.
Then he moves to n5 (move action).
He attempts to hit the DW with avenging light.

Sorry, I wasn't clear - new attack, not new rolls. Keep the 3 and the 14 - toss the subsequent 3. So ... maybe you want to use an AP for that 14+?

You think you hear an eerie, ominous melody starting somewhere as Duma steps forward and makes an extremely bad pun. The music screeches like a needle pulled from a record at the words "bone to pick with us", and as a result, Duma's attempt to launch avenging light at the wight falls short. His composure almost cracks...
BUT he pulls it together and summons reserves (ap) and launches a follow up blast of magic, and this time the holy light slams into the wight (21 vs. fort; 12+5vulnerable=17 dmg).
The wight isn't looking good...
The boneshard skeleton reaches out and touches (15 vs. ac)...ok TRIES to touch Urvi. Urvi easily dodges the attempt, however.

Then he will cast Dragonfrost at the wight (if it is still alive, if not, at the boneshard).
+6 vs Fort, d8+7 damage, push 1.
Then he will step back to Q10 so he has cover from most of the archers.
Attack wight if alive. Boneshard if wight is dead.
20 vs fort to hit.
15 cold damage.
If wight, push to J2.
If skeleton. Don't push.

Shere calls upon Sehanine to bring Vengeance down upon the Wight (Standard: Radiant Vengeance: +6 vs Reflex, 1d8+5 Radiant Dmg, +4THP)
If the Wight dies, then Shere curses the Skeleton that was with it initially, before continuing.
Then he reaches in and calls upon Sehanine to strike again (Action Point: Same attack)
If the wight is dead now, Oath vs skele (still)

9 vs Reflex on the wight or the skele, unlikely to be useful

Shere calls out to Sehanine, summoning vengeance upon the undead fiend (19 vs ref). Holy light strikes the wight, obliterating it into dust (11 radiant + 5 vulnerable; dustified).
Shere puts his oath on the boneshard skeleton, and then, calling upon his reserves (AP) tries the same again, but Sehanine does not smile upon him (9 vs. ref; miss).
Shere remains immobilized.
Raj maintains his electrical shield, and takes a step back. He sends a blast of cold at the boneshard skeleton (20 vs. fort) which slams into the bony monster (15 dmg).

The skeletal archers coldly and dispassionately survey the field, and as one, turn their fire on Urvi to protect their master. (21, 12, 22, 23, 7 vs. AC17; 3x3=9 dmg). Several of them then drop their bows (free), draw their swords, and advance upon Urvi. The remainder converge upon Duma and shere.

Urvi marks the Boneshard Skeleton and Skeletons 2,4 and 5 (free action). Urvi then turns back into herself (minor action). Urvi then calls upon the Strength of the Earth as she atttacks the boneshard skeleton (+8 vs AC (within 5 squares of Jacoby), 1d12+4 damage, +4 temp hitpoints, standard action). She then uses her Action Point and calls upon the Strength of Stone again vs the boneshard.
Attack 1 = 20 vs AC; 14 damage
Attack 2 = 26 vs AC; 16 damage

I will shift to m6.
As a minor action I will summon an angel of fire and sit it at n4 so it can OA those two skellys if they move towards me.
I will then attack skelly 4 with avenging light (don't want to mess up urvi by moving stuff)

N4 is occupied but if you drop it at N5 it can burst 1 attack on 2 targets vs your current limit of hitting 1.

When an ability says "creatures" in a burst does it mean enemies or everyone? I read it as everyone, but I am frequently wrong.

Urvi shifts back into human form (yeah, that was freaky to watch) while challenging all her neighboring opponents. She then brings her axe up, hard, twice (20;26 vs. ac) into the skeleton's bony frame (30 dmg; ap used). The skeleton is teetering but still fighting.
Jacoby sustains his song, and sends a blast of power at the boneshard which blasts it to bits (22 vs. ref; 13 dmg; destroyed). AP not used.
Duma shifts away from the skeletons and summons forth an angelic being of fire to guard the party. He then calls down avenging light and (don't forget Jacoby's bonus!) the light (16 vs. ref) slams into the 4th skeleton of unknown type, who falls to pieces. The pieces look oddly whole, however.

You aren't sure - something to do with the tomb. Perhaps if you really focused your attention on it (standard action: arcana check) you might be able to glean more from feeling the energies. (1x chance at reroll the knowledge if you spend a standard on it).

Obvious features: The room is dark except for your own sunrod. The thrones appear golden. There are frescoes on the walls depicting older robed humans standing on clouds, riding chariots through the skies, etc. The faces seem more real than anything else.
A few pouches are hanging from one of the thrones.

A closer look at the thrones reveals that they aren't gold - only gilt. Other than that...nothing much special about them. They stink of corpse.

It's *probably* depictions of past Lords of Rivenroar. Some of the artistic elements seem vaguely similar to some poor recollections you have about them. Not sure about it though...
