I will be out of town next Thursday, singing loudly off-key at the Jimmy Buffett show in Detroit, so I'll be unavailable then.

Next week is also GenCon, so Raveneye may be on the road as well. I might even do a day trip down this year, haven't decided yet.

I leave for GenCon next Friday morning, will be there all day Friday/Sat/Sun. If you go, let me know beforehand and we can meet up. I'll buy you a beer at The RAM.

We just got back from a trip to Gatlinburg with the kids late yesterday, and we have my son's football practice tonight, school festival all weekend (we're working the Ring Toss booth, whooo!) and my 20th HS reunion Saturday night, so that leave little time to get things done before it's Monday all over again.

Honestly, my interest in Guild Wars has pretty much died over the past couple of months. After we went from knocking out missions and storylines to spending entire evenings being slaughtered over and over for the "rewards" of a mostly useless item and another checkmark in a book it really went downhill for me. I've greatly enjoyed playing through the content with you guys, but I don't have the time or the interest required for all the skill caps, improvements and tweaking it's going to take to be successful in the end game content. You guys can most likely field heroes with better skill sets than my character or my heroes.

With less and less time for gaming these days, and an active subscription to LotRO ($10 a month) sitting unused due to lack of time to invest in it, I need to consolidate my gaming. A couple of nights of single player backlog and a couple of nights online is all I really get in a week anymore, and while Guild Wars is free, it's also reached an end point for me now that we've played through the main story content. I feel terrible leaving you guys hanging, but honestly it's just not fun for me anymore.

Heh. That much power and I'd be sorely tempted to redesign the cape so it doesn't clash with my vanity armor.
