Quick question for the DM (and any other DMs interested)

The new skill powers do not have the Beast Form keyword. That would mean in a strict sense that a druid in beast form could not use skill powers. On its face, this doesn't make a lot of sense since all skill checks can be made in beast form.

So, I am looking for a house rule from ES that Rend can use skill powers while beasting.

I don't have the new skill powers in front of me. But I'll go ahead and allow it for now. I reserve the right to reverse that decision on all or specific skills if I deem any of the skills overpowered or nonsensical from an RP standpoint, or if WotC rules that they aren't allowed.
