The party, eager to return the rescued prisoners and recovered lost historical artifacts to safety, and concerned over signs of weakening in the arcane energy of the Rivenroar Catacombs, sets out in the middle of the night to return home. The prisoners, anxious to be away from their deceased captors, do not argue.

Did anyone want to make use of a short rest before setting out?

If you want to use surges, let me know at any point during this challenge:

Skill challenge - Find your way home in the dark

ROLL INITIATIVE

With every round, each party member must roll endurance. In addition, on your turn, you may describe an action you wish to take to assist the party on its return trip home.

Describe the action, specify the skill you wish to use that corresponds with the action chosen, and roll.

If I deem the skill appropriate to the action, I'll accept the roll. However, actions which have no bearing on the actual return trip will count for neither success or failure.

The goal is to find the way home, in the dark. You have the map you received from Morrik, which may help, but the way looks very different at night, and from the other direction, so don't get overconfident. :D

Round 1 Endurance checks (pass/fail/needed)
5/0/0

Jacoby, right out of the catacombs thinks he recognizes a landmark and leads the party based on it. However, after half an hour of marching and a confrontation with a dead-end, a consultation of the map reveals that he was mistaken, and it takes another half hour to get back to the start.

Once back at the catacombs, Urvi scours the ground and finds the trail of their own footprints. She's able to follow this trail for quite a long time (no other nature checks may be performed this round).

Shere - because Urvi succeeded at a nature check, you must choose another action. You keep the roll.

Duma - choose another action please

Endurance the entire party holds up quite well against the strain of a forced march at night, even with the high altitudes starting out.

Elapsed time 3 hours

Perception can be re-used. Nature cannot - well you could use it to assist Urvi but w/ her roll, why bother...

Duma is able to make encouraging conversation with the prisoners (very out of character for the usually stoic Deva), and helps move them along by lifting their spirits, and occasionally even lifting Thurann and carrying him. As a result, the party's pace of progress is improved.

Insight may not be used again in this challenge.

Sagar

Yeah.. I was kinda worried about that. But they seemed to have most stuff covered.

How about a history check? Using knowledge of past locations of monsters or other dangers in the area to help the party avoid places that have been known to harbor hazards in the past?

"If I remember correctly, that valley was reputed to contain ghosts (or dire wolves or goblins or whatever). Let's skirt the other side of this ridge and avoid that."

History +4 = 17 total.

If that is not what you want, I could occasionally use arcana to scan our way for magical energies - especially fey energies - that often draw monsters to them and could thus be dangerous for us as we travel.

That would be Arcana +7 for 20 total.

Greebo

I'll allow history one time - as it counts to recent history. IE: Remembering the course you took.

Raj sees a pathway that looks very familiar, and the party follows it.

Elapsed time: 4 hours.

Shere then sees a landmark he recognizes and leads the party past it. The path looks familiar at first, but starts to seem less and less so as you proceed, despite your confidence that the landmark you spotted was familiar. This path is a LOT like the route you came along before...but...not quite the same.

You're convinced you are going a different way - still in the right general direction mind you - when the path you follow enters a narrow ravine. However, since you are going the right general direction you press on.

Please position yourselves at the southern end of the map.

Kruthiks are chitinous reptilian hunters that form small hives underground. They use their superior numbers to overwhelm and devour all other nearby creatures. Kruthiks hunt methodically, stripping one area of prey before expanding their territory. They butcher their kills and carry treasure back to their nesting warrens. Mauled carcasses and strange tracks that look as if they were made by spikes are sure signs of a kruthik horde.

Kruthiks communicate with one another through a complex series of insectlike chitters and reptilian hisses. These sounds can often be heard in advance of a kruthik attack. Kruthiks hatch from eggs and undergo several metamorphoses during their life cycle. Hatchlings grow into young, but young and adults enter a hard cocoon to change into the next larger breed of kruthik.

Kruthiks take the scent of their own dead as a warning, and they avoid areas where many other kruthiks have died. Slaying enough kruthiks in one area might drive the remaining hive elsewhere.

Urvi advances along the road partly, and readies herself for the oncoming reptiles (trigger: enemy in range: response; strength of stone)

Raj advances and sends forth a blast of cold at one of the young Kruthik, and the cold slams into it (19 vs. fort), pushing it back as it is frostbitten (5 dmg).

Shere (starting position fixed) advances from I30 to I27 and tries to link the two Kruthik's in Madness but (11 vs will) cannot penetrate their minds. He declares an oath against the first adult (unspecified), laden with more curses than usual...

The young kruthik move in synch to flank Urvi on the diagonal (1 moves and readies, 2 moves and attacks, 1 attacks).

Seeing her opportunity, Urvi attacks the first to move in range (#1; init reset) and her axe (22 vs. ac) slices the young reptile (6 dmg; +4 thp)

Shere you take one step to the east (J26) and the ground shifts under your feet. Fortunately (saving throw passed) you manage to hold your balance and stay upright as part of the soil collapses under you. Now alerted to the danger (and suddenly understanding why the Kruthrik were taking such odd routes in other places), you note (passive perception) that the ground to your east and south (J26 - M28) is very unstable looking. The hole you didn't fall in appears to go down into some kind of warren - now appearing disused.

Move interrupted - may be resumed. No other actions yet applied.

Shere having narrowly avoided a serious falling risk, changes course and approaches the Kruthik, but shaken by his brush with certain depth, misses completely (13 vs. AC). The Kruthik nibbles him (2 dmg)

The 1st young shifts south again, and bites at Urvi again (not marked but hey, she's flanked). The bite is solid (22+2 vs. AC17), and Urvi is bitten (5 dmg).

The second young stays put and also presses the advantage, and from his advantageous position scores a perfect bite (crit: 25+2=27 vs ac17). Urvi reels in pain! (10 dmg; bloodied).

I will use blades of astral fire centered on Urvi, assuming she doesn't move during her turn. (I am not smart, I just spent 15 seconds trying to figure out why spell check didn't know how to spell "Urvi")

Attack:+5 vs reflex
KY1 16 vs relfex
KY2 23 vs reflex
damage:9

Urvi get +5 to her ac until eont.

Kiir

Urvi calls upon her second wind to help heal her (+ 12 hit points, 10 from surge +2 from tribe of enduring mountain, +2 to all defenses, also gain crushing earthsong, add con mod +4 to AC until the EoNT). She will then mark young 1 and 2. Then using her AP point she will call upon the hungry earth (+7 vs Fort, each enemy in burst 1, 1d12+4 damage, all terrain in burst counts as difficult until EoNT for enemies).

5 + 7 = 12 vs fort young 1
8 + 7 = 15 vs fort young 2
7 + 4 = 11 damage

Greebo
15th October 2009, 12:56 PM
Urvi fails to use font of life, and suffers 5 damage from poisoning. She gathers her strength (2nd wind applied), and calls upon earth to protect her (Crushing earthstrength +4 to DMG after 2nd wind. She marks the young and attacks using her reserves (AP used). She misses #1 (12 vs fort) but hits (15+2 flanking vs fort) the other, and it reels in pain (7+4+4 dmg = 15). She then forgets to make her saving throw.

Difficult terrain for enemies surrounding Urvi.

Duma unleashes the fiery blades around Urvi, adding to her defenses (+5AC) and those blades slice both Kruthik (16;23 vs. ref), causing even more dmg (9 ea; #2 now bloodied).

I forgot to assign Urvi her 4 points of damage from the aura's. Lucky her.

Jacoby sends healing magic to Urvi, who looks somewhat better (+14 hps; not bloodied), and then strikes with his sword at the 2nd young Kruthik (17 vs. ac) hitting, but only weakly (5 dmg). Still, the attack leaves the lizard with weakened defenses. Both lizards flanking Jacoby nip him. (4 dmg, aura).

Raj - sends a blast of frost at the first young kruthik (18 vs. fort) and the cold is too much for the lizard (10 dmg, dead). ....

Raj finishes up his attack with extra flair, firing a blast of cold at the second adult which (14 vs. fort) just hits, freezing it and sliding it east.

Shere stands firm, and slams his flail solidly into the meaty flesh of the first Adult (crit; 29 vs. ac; 14 dmg; retribution)

Young Kruthik shifts away from it's flankers (NE 1), then starts digging a tunnel, and vanishes from your sight. You can hear rumbling under the earth but aren't sure of it's exact location anymore. Roll perception to attempt to locate - brazier indicates last known location.

Urvi tries to resist the poison coursing through her system, but fails (7 sv; font of life; 5 dmg). She then moves NW to attack the first adult. As she moves, she can hear the young kruthrik moving under the dirt.
You hear it at N24, moving northwest

She swings at the adult kruthik (13 vs. ac) but the swing is wide of the mark. The poison burning within her fades away (save: 12)

Duma sends a blast of light at the 2nd adult (23 vs. fort) which sears the lizard.

The first adult shifts, then moves northwest, scrambling up the slope to the north west and gaining a position of height. As it does, you see spikes starting to sprout from its jaws - like those it fired at you before, poisoning the members of your party that were hit. (recharged)

The second adult also moves northwest, and double moves, making it partway up the embankment. He makes a hacking noise but no spikes appear (recharge failed).

And then she will use perception to see if she can tell where the young one has moved too, if she can she will let the rest of the group know where it is (free +8 perception).

dependent on what Raj does, I'll (Move: Shift) to G23 or H24, whichever doesn't leave me flanked. If both still do, then G23; I want to hit adult 2, I'd like to not be flanked, and I can only shift 1 square. So if the situation changes, thats the parameters I'm going for folks

Shere, his enmity target once again having chosen to close, shifts away from Adult 1 (Move: Shift, see note), and brings his flail around not once, but twice (AP) (Standard: Bond of Retribution: +7 vs AC, 1d10+4 dmg, +2Radiant if I'm hit by another opponent)

Raj moves to the west, considers frying Shere for a moment, then thinks better of it and sends a blast of noxious liquid out before him. Adult 2 simply ducks its head, but the hatchling in the blast inhales green liquid and exhales smoke (dead). The acidic smoke wraps Raj in a protective shield hiding him from view (concealment), and gives his robe a rather tie-dye effect... (acidwash).

Shere shifts south, and swings his flail against the second adult, in a flurry of attacks that catch the reptile off guard both times (23, 26 vs. AC; 10+10 dmg; bloodied). As shere concludes his turn, the reptile snaps and bites him (2 dmg), just for being too close.

The Young Kruthik emerges from the ground just to the east of Urvi, and immediately claws at her (22 vs. AC). The claw passes her defenses but she's still shielded by magic (8-5=3dmg).

Oh yes- Urvi, adjacent to 2 Kruthik's, is bitten in passing by both as she completes her actions. (4 hps)

Both adults try to cough up new spikes to fling, but fail. The gagging sound is revolting. Adult 2 shifts SE and Adult 1 moves SW, flanking Shere. They both claw at shere (17; 14 vs. ac) but only one lands a blow, and Shere looks visibly relieved, even as he flinches from the pain (12 dmg; bloodied).

The hatchlings - #1 shifts SW, #2 also moves SW, and #4 moves south, and Urvi is flanked again. #1 and #2 claw at Urvi, while #4 claws at Shere (20, 14, 7 vs. AC17 all around). Only #1 hits, and Urvi is bloodied (5 hps)

Raj
I think you meant, in order, F26, G24, and Hatchling 4. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Raj climbs halfway up the steep slope shouts, "SHERE! DUCK!" and drops a blast of fire on the ground near Shere which spreads out and engulfs all three reptiles near Shere. Shere, who understands common, ducks in PLENTY of time. The lizards, who do not speak common, are shocked as the fire covers them in burning agony (23, 23, 15 vs. ref; hit hit hit). The reptile is clearly out matched, but it pays this no heed as it claws again, probably for the last time, at Urvi. The sharp talons just slip past her defenses (17 vs. ac17) and scratch her deeply (10 hps). Urvi is looking very unsteady, indeed.

The search is fruitless - plenty of gore and splatter, not a sign of anything of actual value.

The remainder of your journey to Brindol is uneventful until you start to get close to town. About an hour outside of town, your approach is noted, and people start running ahead of you to herald your return with the rescued prisoners.

The city itself has clearly been recovering from the attacks that set this whole adventure in motion. Many burned buildings have been taken down - rubble has been cleared - and the city is showing signs of returning to its normal state. As you enter the northeast gate, you can also hear sounds of cheering, which get louder and louder as you approach the city center. Coming around a bend in the road, you are shocked to see throngs of people lining the streets, cheering and waving garlands and ringing bells.

You have returned as triumphant heroes, rescuers of the city's own!

As you approach the throngs, a line of city guards forms on either side, and you are escorted with full honors up to the main gate of city hall.

Upon arrival at the main gate, the former prisoners are escorted away into the sheltering arms of priests and healers, while you are shown into a banquet hall that has been hastily decorated. The fare is simple, clearly prepared quickly, but more and more is coming. You are served generous portions of food and drink (nothing alcoholic, however) - but there is no sign of any of the City Councilors as of yet.

"My friends!", he cries, "We are SO sorry to have kept you waiting all this time, but we needed to see to our lost citizens and hear their stories, and as you no doubt know, after their ordeal, they needed much patience and gentle handling."

"Jalissa, Zerriksa and Adronsius have filled us in on your daring exploits, while the Castellan has told us in detail how well treated you were and how much care you took with our relics, such as they are. Mirtala is being tended to by our healers - we can only pray to the Gods that she will one day recover, although I think your tender ministries on her rescue helped ensure that day will come, and poor young Thurann will be returned to his mother, and the Guards will see to their welfare. It is a pity that his father, Captain Kartenix, was lost, but we were thrilled at the tale of how you saved Thurann from the very jaws of death!"

"Our town is in your debt, truly, and you have our sincerest gratitude!" With this, all five members of the Council of Brindol bow deeply to you. Rising, he adds, "Henceforth, you shall be heralded throughout Elsir Vale as 'True Friends of Brindol'! Tomorrow, at high noon, we shall hold a public celebration in your honor, and you shall be presented with the Key to the City. For today, please, rest, enjoy our hospitality, and stay in our official Guest House. In the morning, we will meet with you for further debriefings - simply to make sure our accounts are correct you understand - for the histories - and then the celebrations will commence in earnest."

Do you have any questions/comments for the Council at this time, or do you prefer to wait for the morning?

Urvi - give me a d100 roll please

Duma wanders Brindol, exploring. This is a smallish city - only a few thousand residents - largely agricultural. There is one major Cathedral (17), dedicated to Pelor lord of Agriculture, and a few smaller temples (16, 8) - Melora (spring) and Erathis (civilization). The city hall (18) you are familiar with. A militia/guard house (13) and the major inns (11, 21, 19) are all near the city center. There is no central market district, but there are the basic shops scattered around the city - a smithy, a leather worker, stables, general store, and so forth. Other noted points on the map are major figures in the city - the council members, priests, etc.

Urvi meanders around town in search of a leather shop. She finds the only leather worker on the western side of town. Most of the wares are commonly used leather items - pouches, jerkins, and the like. However, on display in the back of the shop is a reddish tinged suit of hide armor which is of surprising quality for the shop.

Upon seeing it, Urvi's eyes widen - this is the kind of armor that appeals to her deeply!

Kiir
20th November 2009, 12:13 PM
Urvi looks at the armor longingly, but doubts she has the money to afford it, she looks around for the shop owner/leather worker though to talk to him and see how much it is. "Excuse, is there anyone here that can help me, I would like to buy some hide armor, and I am wondering how much the reddish tinged suit is."

Greebo
20th November 2009, 12:21 PM
A wizened old half-elf totters in slowly from the back room in response to Urvi's call. "Sorry, miss, didn't hear you come in - my hearing isn't.... goodness you're a big girl! You're down from the mountains, yes? So ye like this armor? Yes it cleaned up nicely - belonged to my nephew back during his adventuring days, but twas too risky for him so he moved to Overlook - opened up a small shop in the Forgeworks district. He wanted me to loan him the money but I told him, 'Jenal, ye don't get loans from family!' So he sold it to me, and I paid him far too much for it to help him get started. He swore by the armor, said it saves his life more than a few times. Reminds me of his great uncle on his mothers side - long friends of the family we all are you see. Always had a blood line on that side that yearned for adventure..."

The dialogue seems likely to continue for a good long time if you do not forget your manners soon...

The shopkeeper appears somewhat perturbed by the interruption, but regains his composure. "Ah, yes, well as I was telling your...friend?...here - the young lady I mean - I bought this armor from family to help set them up in business in Overlook. I couldn't even think to recover my costs for less than a thousand gold."

"What's going on here?"
Looking from Urvi to the merchant to the armor, he decides to help.

"You must forgive my friend, good merchant. She is a bit daft at times. Ferocious fighter in a pinch, but daft." Raj twirls his finger in a circle around his ear and looks pityingly at Urvi.

"So she fancies the armor, does she? Perhaps we can come to an accomodation.. what with the fighting coming. It would be a shame for the town to burn because one good piece of armor stayed on display instead of on one of the towns foremost defenders..."

Raj will continue to haggle.. complimenting the man on his fine shop and his obvious wealth, playing on fears of conflict, and generally working him towards feeling it's in his enlightened self interest to sell the armor cheap to Urvi.

Urvi looks at the rest of the group and lets Raj continue talking, she isn't daft though, she is just kind of put off guard by the armor, after all, she just wanted basic hide armor to improve what she had, it isn't like she has more then 150 gold anyways.

When Urvi is able to tear her eyes away from the amazing suit of red tinged hide on the special stand (which you think MUST be magical but aren't sure...(roll arcana)), you do note that there is ordinary looking hide armor on the rack to one side.

If you prefer to just buy that, update your character sheet and deduct the PH cost.

Kiir

Nope, hide is the best I can wear. Urvi is willing to let Raj haggle for the armor, if she can get magic armor she isn't going to say no to it, but she is also perfectly happy with basic hide armor if they can't get the magic hide armor.

Greebo

After some examination, Duma determines that this is Bloodcut armor (Level 4; +1).

When bloodied, at the cost of a healing surge, this armor's power grants you resist 10 to all damage until the end of your next turn.

There is no limit on the number of uses, other than the number of surges you have.

Lowering his voice even more, he draws the man closer.."I probably shouldn't tell you this, but I think someone is trying to destroy the town. We found evidence.. " Raj will suddenly come to his senses, slide back a bit, and say "I've probably said too much already. But I can assure you, we'll be front and center trying to protect the town and keep the monsters out of your shops and your homes. If you could see your way to a good deal here, it would help immensely."

Duma indicated his own armor.

"This is highly magical chain armor which I recently acquired while rescuing the citizens and artifacts of this town. In many ways this is historical armor in that while it is very valuable in and of itself, it is also a relic of an important part of this town's history. It is akin to owning the sword that Ur'Al Sarag used to slay the Green Dragon of Tarlumad, or the magic Dwarf rune helm of the God-King of Underneath, both items I am certain a man of your experience is well familiar with.

However, my companion saved my life while in the foul keep where your fellow citizens were being held in torment. I would, of course, like to show my gratitude and thus would consider selling this armor to you. Its resale value to you, given it's history in this area is probably quite substantial.

We would, of course, want this old hide armor and some additional remuneration for it. But I am certain that we can come to some understanding."

(I dunno what I need to roll. I'm not bluffing, he probably really can get more for this armor that it is worth given the story behind it.)

The old half elf eyes you up and down. Then he takes a look at your armor. Then a closer look. He spends several minutes examining it, in fact.

Finally he returns to his counter.

"Hmm. Well, Deva, you speak truth about your armor - I know what it is - although I'm afraid you have over estimated it somewhat. Tis fine armor, but it is not the superior of that fine piece of hide we be discussing. Nor is it the lessor - I'd call them equal.

I'll tell ye - I'm not in the habit of trading in, but ye all did do right by our town. I heard the stories of the night of the raid and the Ogre in the streets. I've heard descriptions matching yours of the heroes who took it down.

So - I'll match ye - armor for armor. But ye can ferget any extra. I'll take yer chain as it is, but I'll be spending a good three days cleaning it, say thank ye, so I won't be paying you for the cleaning bill as well as the exchange.

What say you, do we have a deal?"

Asharad
8th December 2009, 12:00 PM
That will be fine.

I assume (maybe incorrectly) that I can wear urvi's armor? also, I have a spare set of chainmail I would like to sell.

Does he have any leather armor laying around that is better than what urvi is wearing but not magical?

Greebo
8th December 2009, 12:04 PM
He has leather and hide armor, but nothing better than what you already have. The Bloodcut Armor is a rarity - and this isn't a town that deals in rarities much.

"If you want to find fancier stuff - ye should try Overlook. Jenal writes often and raves about what he's seen there. Why he was telling me about this one time..."

I'll do you the mercy of assuming you zone out on his rambling at this point...

Greebo
8th December 2009, 12:05 PM
So Ash you want to trade in your magical chain for the bloodcut hide armor for Urvi. That deal is acceptable - adjust your charactersheets please.

And then you want to sell your regular chain for hide? I"m confused by that...

Asharad
8th December 2009, 01:04 PM
Yeah, I'll trade the rebuking chain for the hide for urvi.

I've got an extra set of chainmail I just want to sell (my original chainmail), assuming I can wear the armor that urvi currently has on. I dont get hit as often as I thought I would and the movement penalty associated with the heavy armor has proven to be a bigger pain in the ass than any damage taken.

I was just asking is he had anything that was a little better than what Urvi has.

Greebo

Deva and Goliath are both medium sized, so you can both wear the same armor.

The barman and the barmaid were the only two people you really knew from the bar, and they died in the assault on Brindol. Of the regulars you used to recognize, you see none about - they've likely gravitated to other bars.

Just realized you guys were waiting on ME...

Oops.

Duma skilfully negotiates a trade of his rebuking chain +1 for blood cut armor +1 for Urvi, and also manages to trade his old chain mail for a set of hide armor for himself.

Jacoby, who has lived in Brindol for years, knows where the other taverns are. There are a few alternatives - all within walking distance (all of Brindol is, after all, only half a mile long and a quarter mile wide). "The Red Dragon" is nearest, but a seedy joint. "Travellers Rest" is near the main bridge, respectable but not often used by locals, and "Huzzah", a basement tavern operated by a local small time military hero of minimal fame, is on the east end of town. At Huzzah, everyone may know your name, but they don't care.

Meanwhile, the next morning ...

Shere enters the council chambers with his cohorts, although it seems that Raj and Jacoby are both a little shellshocked after a nights rest. Raj has been strangely silent, and Jacoby is somewhat manically animated.

'Good morning, good Councillors.' Upon request, Shere will begin to relay the story of what they found had happened, leaving out the note that Sinruth had, and the mention it made of someone more powerful with an interest in the destruction of Brindol. He tells the story calmly and straightforwardly, with no attempts to embellish or enhance, or even to make it particularly interesting and exciting. He ignores the sounds coming from Jacoby as he quivers, listening to such an epic tale be told so ... blandly.

'Sehanine tells me that we should return to the crypts. Perhaps there is some clue that we have missed that would explain where this Sinruth got such a well structured group. Or why the wights were in league with him. Certainly the undead would have made his assault that night all the more potent, but they did not come with him. And they were given only a single prisoner. She tells me there is more to be learned, and the crypts would be the place this second trail would link with the one we have exterminated already.'

I'm bored, I'm moving us forward. I've been praying FOREVER here, and now Jacoby has decided to go on a pubcrawl :o

Greebo

The council takes in your words - and asks questions - but as time passes you begin to think that they are not terribly concerned about much beyond the apparent destruction of the "Red Hand" leadership.

After two long hours of Tor Shere leading the debriefing with interjections from the rest of the party, Councilman Troyas stands and addresses you. "Friends of Brindol, the council will take your concerns under advisement, but as you have seen, the city is still recovering from the assault of Sinruth's goblins. By your own testimony, the leadership both of the living and the dead in Rivenroar have been destroyed. Our focus, then, must be upon restoring our city and reassuring the people that the danger has been dealt with.

"Further, we are hearing rumblings from the west - from the mountain city of Overlook - that they are facing their own troubles. With Rivenroar and the Hand dealt with, we must keep the few extra resources we have free to aid our allies, should we be called upon. As such, I think it unlikely that the Council will commission any such return to Rivenroar - but if you decide to return on your own, we will gladly take any news.

"But now - you have eaten, you have rested, and Brindol needs to celebrate it's new heroes. Come, my friends - it is time for you to be properly introduced to the city!"

If you have anything to add/ask, this is the time, else I will progress the events of the day shortly...

Having made the trip previously, and confident now of the route from both directions, the party makes what was previously an 8 hour trip in only 6 hours. The sun is just setting on the horizon as the party returns to the ruins of Castle Rivenroar - but enough light remains to see that the formerly well maintained stairs into the darkness of the crypts have rapidly deteriorated - and the solid looking ceiling before now seems ... treacherous at best.

Raj and Shere, sensitive to the magical forces, notice that the feeling they had before of arcane power flowing through the crypts is gone. It would appear that with the death of the Lords of Rivenroar, the source of power preserving this crypt has faded.
