May I switch out one of Jagged's powers to the equivalent (but upgraded) version in Primal Power?
I'd like to use Brutal Slam:
Attack: Strength vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2[WI + Strength modifier damage, and you push the
target 2 squares and knock it prone. Then one enemy adjacent to the target takes 1d8 + your Strength modifier damage.Jagged's current 3rd level power is Hammer Fall:
Attack: Strength vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2[W] + Strength modifier damage, and you knock the
target prone.
