There are 2 new at-wills that are available since you made Dirk.

Clever Strike is a melee only attack that grants you CA if an ally is adjacent to the target.

Duelist Strike is another melee only attack that grants your Dex mod damage + sneak attack damage. You get no damage bonus from using a magic weapon, but getting sneak attack damage every time is nice.

Just thought you might be interested. Sly Flourish is definitely a must have, but either of these new powers might make sense to replace Riposte Strike. Duelist Strike is not in the Character Builder yet.

Where are these listed. I must be missing something as I can't find either of them. I've been trying to stick to the ones in the player handbooks so far and not the dragon ones (I don't know if that really matters or not).

Neither one has been published in a hardcover volume. Both were in Dragon magazine. I will get you the articles.

Clever Strike

You can turn even a minor distraction into an opportunity for a deadly attack.

And the Duelist Rogue article:

As I told Dirk:

Only restriction I have is that the skill/feat/power/item/etc needs to be available in the Character builder. Because otherwise I'll never find it in the Compendium.

Also, remember that at every level-up you can change one power, so if something comes out that you'd like to take, at your next level, swap it in. We've made exceptions for the * Power books just because in those cases someone might choose to change a number of things at once, and it seemed silly to drag it across multiple levels.

Are these Feats or Powers? I think they are Powers but I'm not certain.

I looked at the linked article. I didn't see the Duelists Strike listed, but does this require a duelest spec? Dirk is currently a Brutal Scounrdel. If it does then I thikn I like the Clever Strike instead of Vexing Flanker (as I get CA if anyone else is adjacent to the MOB). Which is better than having the ability to flank (in the event the mob is against the wall etc.).

If I'm missing something and duelest Strike would work for me I'd like that one best as I'd get sneak attack damage even if I don't have CA.

Does that make sense or am I missing something?

There is no Duelist spec. Anyone rogue can take these powers. I just saw you had Riposte Strike and I have found that the Riposte part almost never happens.

OK I was being a bit dense before. See if this build looks better. I found both powers in the character builder and made adjustments to Dirk's build. I will post this to the character thread.
