Maintenance Points

I got a great Weight Watchers Cookbook at Sam's the other day that had a lot of the good WW info in it. It was, essentially, a teaser to get you to subscribe to the program.

So, anyway, there were lots of great recipes in it, plus some of the information about the programs. But, of course, nothing about the maintenance point scale.

Can someone here share it?

I plan to get as many of the recipes in electronic format as I can. When I do, i'll post 'em.
