I signed up for the Yahoo! Newsletter and will be starting a league ASAP. I want to get a late August, weekday, primetime draft spot.

Running backs are going to be tough this year, a whole lot of teams seem to have hopped on the multiple person "situational back" bandwagon lately. Great for those teams, not so great for us poor fantasy schmos.

I noticed that too. As commissioner, I might juice QBs just a bit this time to give yardage a bigger impact.

The big question is what stupid Eagle draft decision am I going to make this year? :D

As for the RBs situation, yeah, the committee thing seems to have stuck around longer than it should've. And a lot of backs are in new homes, which will make things interesting as well.

Ought to be another fun year, with me finishing first. Or if not first, then ahead of Raveneye's sorry butt. :lol:

Yep, undefeated in regular season play (due to the very fortunate but not totally planned drafting of two key point-makers ;), and if I recall correctly, bumped out of the playoffs in round 1? :)

Either way, should be a very fun year! Looking forward to it!

You want to go to the fantasy football front page and choose join a custom league. Then you enter the league id and password.

Shiz, that link appears to take you to a pay leagues join-in page.

I had to click on the "Sign Up Now" button on the http://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/f1 page. Then, after signing in, clicked 'Join Custom or Public League', and then 'Join a Custom League'.

Also, there's a link on the right, on both sign-in pages, that allows you to browse available leagues to join, which is how I discovered I missed something the first time, since the Legends league didn't appear in the list.

The various paths are convoluted, I agree. Just look carefully for Free Fantasy Football or Join a Custom League.

Yeah, you'd think they could make it easier to figure out how to do what. Took me about 20 minutes or so of screwing around before I figured out what I was doing wrong.
