Goal: 170

I think I did something terribly wrong. I know I've not been following the diet lately :/

Current: 206 (05.08.2004)

Dunno about weight (no scale :)), but I have been back on the bike for the last two mornings. Had forgotten how nice it is to start the day like that.

I was about to tell everyone that I made it to 181 and was at a bit of a plateau there, but decided to go weigh myself to be more accurate...

177!!!! :shock::shock::shock:

Not a good picture in my head, I think I may be ill...


Stress and lack of appetite have combined to help me shed over 10lbs. since the winter months. Hooray for stress! :roll: I'm down to around 208 as of a few days ago. The goal was 200 though, so I need to mix in some more exercise with that stress. On the bright side, I have no grass in the backyard of my new home, only mud, so for the next several weeks I will be walking my dog every time he needs to use the neighbors' lawns. That should provide some extra calorie shedding.

Holding at 150, down from 175 last fall. At 5'11, I figure I'd best not lose any more. :) I seem to have the diet part down, now I need to work on stepping up the exercising.
