I've been cataloging some of the various things I did when I was losing weight and once I'm finished, will be sharing them with people here. I read quite a bit, and did some of my own research and some of it was just stuff I discovered, or plain common sense. Anyway, I used these tips to lose a little over 35 pounds in about 8 months or so. And the focus was a diet that I could live with the rest of my life, not something that is so extreme that you'll put the weight right back on when you stop.
