So, I'm getting back down. Slowly, but getting somewhere at least.

Activity: hardly anything



Making progress here, but not in the right direction. I've got plans for two rides this weekend though, maybe that will kickstart me again.

As of 6/30/04:
Starting weight: 202
Current weight: 183!!!
Goal weight: 160

I've manged to get down to 175. A HUGE drop from my starting weight.

Unfortunately, I'm in something of a holding pattern. I'm not even that concerned with losing a lot more weight. I just need to find a decent maintenance diet now.

Keep it up, Serani.

I gained a good amt of weight during my Hawaii trip. We did a LOT of eating. And all their food is horrible for you. For instance, they routinely eat fried rice with breakfast. And one of their "any time" meals (breakfast, lunch or dinner) is called Loco Moco - rice, fried eggs, hamburger steak, gravy. :shock: :shock:

I'm trying to figure out how anyone on that island has survived. But, man, it was good food!

I've gone to hell recently. I haven't gained much actual weight, but I'm not nearly in the shape I generally am.

Going to remedy that.

Forgot to post this last week, but I seem to be steady at 197-ish right now. So not great (no losses) but not bad (not regaining)

'course, it might help if I managed to stick to the diet for more than 3 or 4 weeks at a stretch :/

First time poster here but I was doing well with the whole diet thing myself but I need to do the exercise part and I would probably have no problem getting down in weight and getting my general health better! Will work on it. I started 3 months ago at 198 and as a couple weeks ago I was down to 180 but I am now back up to 184. Main reason is that I started drinking coke again once and a while. I was/am doing my own version of Southbeach. My goal weight being somewhere between 175 and 170.
