Stepped on the scale last weekend: 212.5

Yikes. 210 was always danger territiory in my mind.

What am I doing about it? Switched my morning bagel to yogurt and trying to do a short evening walk when I get home.

Make the walk at a decent pace. Dont take a stroll :)

I quit smoking a few years ago (so did my wife) and I packed on a few pounds... a few being a little over 20.

I got down from 221 to 205, but its climbed up to 213. I feel like a yo-yo. :p
