Well, all I can say is I'm surprised at how the week turned out for me.

First off, my highest scorer for the week was on my bench. Who in the hell would have predicted Harrington putting up 23+ fantasy points?
Combine that with Seattle coming up again with a ton of TOs and scoring my 3rd highest total for the week. I figure that was a bigger surprise than Barlow coming up with 20+ points.

McAllister coming up lame really killed Wasp this week, but not as much as getting roughly 15 points total from his QB/2WR/2RB slots. His WR/RB scored more than the other 5 combined. Plus, I was surprised to see Wasp had benched Baltimore in favor of GB on defense.

I'll take this win gladly. :)

Yeah, it was a mess this weekend. Duece being hurt really...uh...hurts.

Also, GB was supposed to perform better than Baltimore this week, but Chicago came out firing and screwed it up.

I squeaked by with a win this week on my head to head. I think it was only a 4 point spread. Thank you Donovan McNabb! :D

I'll tell ya, with the talent pool as low as it is right now, I've even been hard pressed to find the backups for my guys when they go out because of injuries! :)

Yup, Rex Grossman almost looked employable in that Chicago whipping of Green Bay. OK, maybe not.

Well, at least I managed to win this week against a team starting a guy with a broken leg and -empty- in another slot. Considering that's a potential 10-20 points given up before anyone even took a snap, I was not going to feel good about anything short of a 20+ point victory. Luckily I managed that, barely...

In doing so I lost a mediocre QB (hey, at least he gave me a second option depending on matchups and a BYE week fill-in) and a Top 5 TE both of whom look to be useless for the rest of my season even if they can return to their teams in time for the playoffs. My QB hopes now rest soley on the shoulders of Carson Palmer, local hero (I live in Cincinnati remember) and so far completely unpredictable. At least I can attend Bengals home games and shout loudly at him "Carson! Win one for the Wiggle Warriors!!". Maybe he'll take that to heart and throw a TD pass as I'm being escorted out of the stadium...

Looks like I'll be filling my mandatory TE spot with whatever trash is on the wire each week from here on out. Anyone looking to trade a TE with at least a 2 point per week average let me know, I've got a couple of spare WRs and RBs I might part with in return...

It was one of those weeks where everything was screwy. The fact that I did well in a week like that does not bode well, probably. :D

Yeah, I really needed a score from Philly D to have a chance. I was actually in good shape at the half (McNabb had outscored his D by 0.8 pts at the time), then the second half explosion came...

Of course, had I started Williams instead of Smith, I'd have been golden. Ah well, a good wek Lycos. Now apparently I am on to Zoldan....
