Books:
-No Forgotten Realms books
-No Rokugan Books
-Oriental Adventures Books are limited to Monk Prestiege Classes and Feats
-Exceptions -- Items can be used from any book as long as it's not world specific and I aprove it. Prestiege Classes would have to be aproved/converted. Non-Named Spells can be researched upon aproval.

Races:
-There are actually 4 Types of Elves in Oerik - Wood/Wild/Grey/High, High Elves are regular elves (They are shorther though), Grey Elves are the equivilant of Sun Elves in the FR Book, Wood and Wild Elves are also in the FR Books. Only Grey Elves and High Elves are playable as a PC (Wood and Wild Elves are to reclusive).
-Rhenne and Olman human backgrounds are limited (make a back story to explain why your not with your kind).

Era:
-After some thought the starting date will be 592 CY (7 years after the Greyhawk Wars).

Countries/Regions:
-Pick one that your from
-Everyone ends up in Rel Astra (Solnor Compact).

Custom Rule Changes:
-8 Skill Points to spend on Knowledge/Profession/Craft at 1st lvl
-2 Skill Points to spend on Knowledge/Profession/Craft every lvl after the 1st
-The Healing Skill -- Whenever a successful first aid check is made the patient heals 1 point of damage (2 points on a natural twenty). This can be done only once for any given wound.
-Spell Components -- Not used except for Rare or Expensive needs (i.e. a bone of a red dragon, Diamond, Etc).
-Sorceror -- Metamagic feats don't take full round actions to use, It's always a standard action.
-Druid Spells -- Last Breath Spell has no level loss, it's just to rude
-Druid Wild Shape -- Can only change into what you have seen/researched or somehow know about.

-Comeliness
++Using this rule, physical beauty is separated from the Charisma score.
++After your character is completely finished, roll her Comeliness score. Roll this score in exactly the same way you would roll any of the aother Attributes (Str, Int, Wis, Dex, Con, Cha). Then consult the following chart to adjust for racial modifiers. With the DM's permission, you can also choose your Comeliness score, since it reflects the physical beauty of your character. See also Aging Effects below for modifiers due to age.

Race/Comeliness Adjustment
Human/None
Dwarf/-1
Elf/+2
Gnome/-1
Half-elf/+1
Half-orc/-2
Halfling/None

++Note that these adjustments are from the vantage point of a human; for example, while humans might find dwarves in general less attractive, dwarves might find humans just as ugly compared to other dwarves (i.e. in their mind, such tall, gangly people - or women without beards [yech!!!] - might be less appealing to look at than other dwarves).

++This rule doesn't do much in the way of game mechanics, it simply makes sense and gives a numeric representation of the relative physical beauty of the character.

++Justification: The Charisma ability indicates the effectiveness of character's general personality: how nice she is, how good a leader she is, how good of a negotiator she is, etc. While physical beauty can affect these things, they are not the same thing. For example, Adolf Hitler (while incredibly evil) was an extremely charismatic leader - he lead an entire nation into doing, or at least ignoring and justifying, incredibly evil acts - and yet he was by no means attractive. In contrast, while Kathy Ireland is an incredibly beautiful person, generally speaking people wouldn't want to listen to her speak for more than about a minute, let alone follow her into battle.

++Aging Effects: Like other abilities, the age of a character has an effect on her Comeliness score, as follows: Middle Age -1; Old -1; Venerable -2. These penalties to Comeliness are cumulative (i.e. by Venerable age, you should have subtracted a total of -4).
