All the house stuff put me off working out for awhile. I also gained probably 5 pounds, something that has never happened to me.
So I started hitting the gym again this week.
Four days on, arms, chest, shoulders back. Running on the treadmill every time, starting at 10 minutes the first day and ending up at 20 minutes yesterday.
