I know we pretty much all agreed on this yesterday, but for Trey's sake, it looks like there is going to be a DMless gathering next weekend (me not here) and then we go back to gaming on November 13th.

I wasn't aware we were even playing this weekend... I thought this was about the game day we decided on while lars was out...
Dan just wants to play EQ2... providing it stays up long enough for him to do that.

i'll prolly end up splitting my time between cleaning, playing wow, and playing gta:sa..
enjoying wow so far, but i experienced a bit of sticker shock when i looked up pricing.. $50 or $80 for the game, then $15 a month after that? seems to me that if they're going to charge a monthly fee, they should reduce the initial cost..

That's normal... where you been a hidy hole? It'll go on sale in a month or two.. and the first month is free.

i'm not an mmorpg player in general, so i had never looked that closely at pricing.. but i had always thought that they were cheaper up front than say doom3 and hl2 because of the monthly fee. i'm sure there are a lot of potential players who are driven off because of the pricing..
