He was toast at season's end anyway. Now all he does is foist his mess off onto some unfortunate position coach in the interim.

I'm sorry, but as much control as Davis had in Cleveland (he was basically coach and general manager both) he should NOT get a buyout on his contract after going 8-19 over the past season and a half.

Neither assistant makes an attractive head coach, so I assume the change will be temporary while they look for someone better. I expect to see a lot of new faces in the Browns lineup getting some action in the final games.

Pretty sure Morgan's in Dallas. I'm hoping they dismantle Davis' attempt to rebuild his Hurricanes team and come up with something that actually works soon.
