My weight loss weapon of choice: gut-wrenching inner turmoil. :lowlol:
So technically this doesn't count, but I've been thinking of doing a bit of (boring) weight training to increase my appetite.

I'm still hovering around the 174 mark. I've lost a LOT since I started, but I just can't seem to lose that last few pounds.
I guess the biggest problem here is that I don't much care. I don't feel that those last few are really a big deal. Of course, I haven't been able to break the 170 mark since my daughter was born 12 years ago.

I lost about 5 pounds in 2004 just switching from my morning bagel to 50/50 bagle/yogurt.

I screwed myself over at the holidays. I started out around 218 wanting to get to 200. At one point in August/September I was down to 203. As of a couple days ago I am back at 213. I blame large holiday meals, hundreds of cookies in easy reach (my wife bakes them by the bucketful at Christmas), an overabundance of Halloween candy (we had 2.5 bags left over) and my own inability to refrain from stuffing all of the above into my face at every opportunity.
On the bright side (I guess), the last two weeks I seem to have had a flare up of my ulcerative colitis condition, which means I'll likely be dropping 5 pounds or so just from the loss of apetite, getting sick and stomach cramps that come along with that. Yeah!

Sorry to hear about the condition Raveneye. That is definately not the preffered method of weight loss!
On my side I'm still 160...Still have at least 10 to drop. I need to get back on the program more strictly!

Well, that turned out to be a combination of the condition, then flu, and now an infected tonsil in my throat (hey, it's been a fun month!).
I am now weighing in at 205 thanks to pretty much not eating a whole lot the past month or so. Now the trick will be to keep from pigging out when I finally do feel better and replacing the crap in my old diet with healthier stuff so I can maybe drop another 5 and reach my target of 200.

Alright, I'm up to 165. Woohoo! Oh, wait... wrong direction.
Haven't been on the bike nearly as much as I'd like, and haven't given any attention to food either.
