Microwave cooking:
Take item from freezer.
Remove wrapper (note: optional for some items)
Nuke for same amount of time as done before. (note: if item was approaching the temperature of volcanic magma last time, reduce cooking time)

I only use the microwave for hot cereals, reheating, refreshing stale pastry, etc.
So, uhm... I guess... no.

I used to do a LOT of microwave cooking. Of course, that was back when I didn't have a stove.
It has it's advantages, (especially with the heat) but I don't know any off the top of my head. I'll go look a bit, though, at some of my regular sites and see if they haven't anything on nuking.

I bring microwave entrees to work for lunch. It's not bad - much better than those things used to be. And, if you buy the leaner ones (lean cuisine, weight watchers, healthy choice, etc.), it's a good lesson in controlling portion sizes as well.
But, I don't use the thing much at home. Sorry.

Here are a few that look interesting:
http://www.goodnuke.com/recipes/
http://www.123easyaspie.com/micro.html
http://www.whattocook.com/search/microwavecooking.html -this one just has a few recipes, but they look pretty good.
http://dmoz.org/Home/Cooking/Microwave/ This one has about 40 different nuke 'em recipes.
Hope these help. :)

Thanks Serani...
Some things I can look up webwise, but others, never really sure about...
Gonna try those out... (S'mores, in a microwave?? Oh boy...)
