Sunday: Upper body workout went well, spent another hour tanning in the back yard; the nice weather is finally here and I'm on vacation this week (*insert cheesy SW EP1 Anikin "Yipee!" here*)

Monday: Yard work, mainly, a light day.

Nothing substantial all weekend. Mel and I are repainting the kitchen. Bleh. :|

Did a good deal of walking on Sunday and Monday. Sunday was around the Flea Market and yesterday was just around the park, but it was much more than I usually do, so I think it counts.

I'm not doing much today, but I'm not feeling great and tomorrow, we'll be walking all over the amusement park, so I'm saving my energy. ;)

Didn't do much over the holiday weekend. This morning I got up and went jogging for 45 minutes. Plan on hitting the gym tommorow.

Saturday: 30 mile group ride, real easy pace.

Sunday: general activity around the house: laundry, cleaning, and such

Monday: 15 mile ride, pushed real hard. Then had too many cookies and cans of DrPepper through the rest of the day. (probably had at least 6 cans, maybe 8)

Tuesday: Sunbathed and shovelled a lot of dirt in the back yard. Not too stressful.

Five miles today. After a nice long rest, my wheels were ready to do some serious rolling. I'm certain I'll regret it in a few hours. (Getting old sucks. I highly discourage it. )

Wednesday: Upper body workout. I'm trying to really lean out my diet too a bit more because I wanna lose the last of this spare tire! I think I'm making progress, but it's slow... (34" waist pants are almost falling off; I'm somewhere in the 32-33 range).

I walked. I think I did something like 5 miles till I got around the park as many times as I did. Of course, I don't think the french fries or hot dog or funnel cake helped...

I jammed my toe thursday so I had to cancel my workout with my trainer that day. Friday I went to get it looked at. It wasn't broken fortunately, but its still purple and swolen. I did some ball crunches, chest presses and skull crushers. I'll try to get back on the eliptical by monday if the toe feels better by then.

Does that count as exercise? :oSure! As long as you didn't over-compensate by consuming entire pizzas each day. :D
