Uh, lessee, I'm going to include Saturday, because I'm lazy.
Moved a LOT of furniture for my ex. He's lucky he was paying me, otherwise, I would NOT have helped.
Sunday, Rubi and I started walking. There's a ballfield across the street that's got extra field, a large parking lot and the community building all on the property. We've started walking around it. Sunday, we went around and turned around and came back.
Monday, twice around the field.
I know it's not much, but it's a place to start and it's so bloody hot, humid and just...THICK...outside, it's a wonder I can leave the house at all.

Sunday: easy bike ride, ~17 miles. Put me at just over 500 miles on the bike for July.
Monday: nothing. Drove to work, feels so odd to drive the car during the week.
Today: will be riding home, as usual. Might extend and add 10 miles, making 30 total, see how I feel when I get there.
Right now: entering food coma from late lunch, ready for siesta

Got reading the manual a bit for my bench... it's a $200ish model from Weider; nothing fancy. It says max recommended load for bench press supports is... 110lbs? I hope that's not really what it can hold, though I'm not exactly pushing a lot of weight yet... Right now I'm at 3 x 8 @ 120lbs (including bar), which I know is rather light, but I've always been a bit weak at BP. Have to take it very slow and careful with free weights and no spotter. :D

Thursday: Tennis. Showed up early and practiced serving a dozen balls back and forth for about an hour. Then whomped my cuz 6-2 but then fell 6-4 to him (after blowing a 4-1 lead) when I started to get tired and dizzy. Did the "don't eat before cardio" thing. :eek!:

Monday --> Thursday: 5 miles each day.
Nothing in the evenings, though. Mel's laptop has the mother of all malware infections and I've been running it through the standard battery of scans. Ad-Aware and Spybot on Tuesday, A^2 Anti-trojan Wednesday, and Panda Virus last night. It gets HijackThis tonight to try to figure out what's left.

Friday: Set up camp. Cooked some killer Philipino pork spare ribs and salad for dinner.
Saturday: Floated 7 miles down Black River in Missouri. Only person in a 4-man raft. Didn't realize paddling by yourelf in a raft was such a beotch. Every stroke you make does more turning than giving you forward momentum. Should have gotten a canoe instead.
Sunday: Came home. unloaded car and started to dry out all camp gear the got wet in rain all weekend.
