Sunday: Upper body workout. Love da pump!

Sunday: did a 20k time trial on the bike. Was more of a baseline set than anything, as I haven't done a TT in a couple years, and don't remember what my times were back then. Overall was pleased, what with not specifically training for it. Managed to ride a 39:45, giving me ~18.5mph average; something I'm liking, but definitely slower than most. Top time of day was 28:05, somewhere around a 25mph average.

Tuesday- hit the gym...40 min on the ellipitical then abdominal workout.

Wednesday- hit the gym again...40 min on the elliptical then did my lower body workout. :cool:

Wednesday: Upper body workout. Then realized the blender was dirty (pitcher in the dishwasher) so turned that on and drank my shake an hour before bed time. Wacky dreams! :eek:

Mon: In gym with trainer, worked chest and tri-ceps

Tues: Eliptical and abbs at home

Wed: In gym with trainer, worked back and bi-ceps.

Thurs: Eliptical and abbs at home

Thursday: chest and 3 heavy bag rounds. Christ it is still hot!

Thursday- took the day off, my allergies were killing me.

Today- Nothing yet...Think Im going to go running when I get home to work off the stress from this week.
