Thursday: I've been reorganizing my workout for bulking. It goes nicely with the whole package of dietary changes.
A good mix of shoulder/bi-cep and chest/tri-cep lifts focusing on high weight low rep. (This will bulk, but won't help much with strength training or endurance)Then followed up by a 10 min abb workout. The 10 min abb workout is a mix of upper and lower abbs with the goal to complete as many reps as possible. Starting with 10lb resistance, after my reps improve by 20% the plan is to increase the resistance by 2 lbs. My only problem is the highest medicine ball weight I have is 12lbs. Gonna need to do more shopping for higher weights.
I've been getting great results this last month. Seeing real body building results. My trainer keeps telling me its due to the fact that i've been working weight training with a trainer for 2 years now. And I always give her props, shes a great trainer. :D
