Wavier Issue

Hey Shiz,
Here's the deal. I tried picking up a player yesterday who was on Waivers until today. Last year and before, when trying to add a player on Waivers, it would tell me such then put me on an internal waiting list that like we're all accustomed to.

Yesterday, however, when I tried picking up Housh, Yahoo! gave me an error message saying he was on waivers and to, essentially, try picking him up after he cleared waivers (ie, on 9/1), which effectively makes the Waiver Priority List useless.

I hope that makes sense. If not, I'll wait until I go to pick up a new player in the near future, and will transcribe the actual messages here as I receive them.

Drax, it looks like you originally dropped Housh, then tried to pick him up again? Maybe the original drop on 8/29 hadn't processed completely by the time you tried to add again on 8/31? Did you drop/add him for another player that was on waivers?

I would go with RE's explanation. There is nothing I can tweak that would affect what happened. I can only change the length of waiver time.

Yeah, hadn't thought of that. Maybe there's a restriction on picking back up your own drops off of waivers, to prevent people like Raveneye and I from becoming Kings of Churn. :lowlol:

(Realized that I had made a big mistake dropping Housh for Green, so rectified that situation. Fortunately for me, I was able to. :)
