Sunday: About two hours of heavy lifting (wooden deck sections) mixed with beer-drinking. Dunno if that's a net positive or not... haha!

Sunday: Got up in the morning and went for a run. But then I went to BW3s and watched football while eating [wings] and drinking beer. So yesterday was probably a bad day, fitness wise.

I was going to go to a zen meditation class but missed it due to the aformentioned beer and football. Whoops. Long way to go to enlightenment, apparently.

Beer and football? Sounds plenty enlightened to me.

Didn't do much yesterday, was taking a day off after the 40 mile ride on Saturday.

Monday: 35 mins on the treadmill after not being on the treadmill for about a month (vacation really screws up good habits!). Was happy that I had no problem doing the full time at 5.2 mph, which was basically where I was when I left off. No beats have been missed, it appears! Weighed in at 161lbs, but I knew I'd put a couple on over 2 weeks of vacation, but it's kinda hard to say what it was composed of. :D

Heh. Wait until you try it again today. :roll:Naw, I only run Monday and Thursday. My other cardio day is usually an hour or two of tennis on the weekend (which will be disappearing soon). 2 nights of weights, 2 nights of cardio + another wildcard day seem to be working OK.

Wednesday: Upper body workout. Gonna start needing 30lb dumbells and a few more plates for the barbell, I think. I can go through 3 x 8 x 125 BP's pretty easy now. I'd really like to test myself but 1) I don't have the plates and 2) I don't have a spotter.

Thursday: 35 mins on the treadmill at 5.2mph. Felt great the whole time. It's time to up the pace, I think!
