Sunday: Upper body workout. Flat, freeweight bench-press is now at 130lbs for 3 consecutive sets of 8 reps, one set after another (1-2 minute rest between). I *just* added 5 lbs this week, but it looks like I could go another 5 easy... I try to aim for failure on set 3 but like I said before, I'm playing it cautious with 130lbs of free-weights and no spotter. Don't wanna get in trouble.

Friday: Upper body workout. I'm changing my exercise schedule around to accommodate Wednesday night LOST watching at my brother's house...
Sunday: Off or other
Monday: Running
Tuesday: Weights
Wednesday: Off (Pop culture-based entertainment, woo!)
Thursday: Running
Friday: Weights
Saturday: Off or other
