Thanks guys for making so we could go to Renfest today, I wish we could have spent more time together but the demands of humoring kids and dealing with meltdowns made it a bit harder. Melinda got to see a few of the acts on stage, but by 3pm, it was obvious that someone wasnt going to last much longer. I looked for the group at the Tavern, but the crush of humanity made that a difficult task at best. Guess the Halloween party will be a better place for socializing.

Rena was finally feeling really horrible so I opted to take her to a doctor and then home (were sorry for having to leave, but she couldn't even stand ). Turns out she has a Sinus and Ear infection from the Cold she got Monday. She's resting now and has meds, but is unhappy because she didn't get to enjoy Ren Fest.

Yeah, it was a good time. We were there until around 5. The kids had a blast. They usually do. It was good to see everyone. It is a bummer that we didn't get to shoot the breeze more. But I would not subject anyone to the kiddie shows that we went to unless they were really ok with going to them. Maybe in a year or two, I can take Rebecca to the slightly more adult stuff. That would be a nice change. :D

And I'm still not sure whether Rena is real or not. ;) I've not seen this person yet. Perhaps it is Larry that needs a doctor? :D
