Been off the bike five days now. Fairly sure I can feel my belly getting larger. Not good. Taking the bike tomorrow. If I get up in time.

Tuesday: Upper body workout:
3 x 8 x 80lb Lat Pulldowns
3 x 8 x 50lb Upright Rows
3 x 8 x 135lb Flat Bench Press
3 x 8 Parallel Dips
3 x 8 x 25lbx2 Military Dumbell Press
3 x 8 x 25lbx2 Laterial Dumbell Raises
3 x 8 x 25lb Bicep Curls
3 x 30 Raised Leg Crunches
3 x 8 x 50lb Shoulder Shrugs
3 x 8 x 25lbx2 Flat Dumbell Flies

Gonna have to change it up again soon.

Ran, jumped rope and hit the heavy bag. I've been trying to lean out, lately.

Thursday: 35min @ 5.4mph on the treadmill.

Edit:

I think I slipped up Tuesday night. I got home a bit late and kind of rushed through my upper body workout and in doing so, managed to tear a bit of muscle (I hope) in my left shoulder. I think the specific problem was "throwing" the weights up a bit too fast/loose when doing 25lb lateral raises. The "ouchie" is right on the top of my shoulder on the bone... feels like a bruise but doesn't look like one and hurts when I move the joint, so I suspect I tore something where the muscle is thin where it slides over the top of the bone there.

Might have to skip weights tonight, or at least drop my shoulder stuff (which is rather extensive).

I hope its not a torn rotator cuff. At best it'll be the small muscle running across your clavical. In which case it should feel better in a few days. Just remember you don't need to over do the weight on lat raises, since the muscles you are working aren't used to taking on heavy loads. I only do 15 lbs myself.

If it still hurts after a week I'd see a doctor though.
