Thought this might be useful... lemme know if I'm out to lunch (no pun intended). Might be a good place to log activities/calories burned?

Yesterday (21): Treadmill at 8/10 incline, 3.5mph for 45 minutes, 420 calories burned.

Today (22): Treadmill at 8/10 incline, 3.5/3.2mph for 50 minutes, 480 calories burned.

I'm estimating my "normal" caloric budget to be 2400-2600.

Well, unfortunately my activity has been limited due to my fever. I dehydrated so much in just that one day. I ended up drinking close to a gallon of fluid on Monday (my usual intake is 1/2 gallon/day). I hope to get on the machine today if I tolerate it. I think I may do several short sessions.

I didn't end up doing any of the activity I'd hope to get in on Sunday. We had friends over then I started feeling crappy again. Not getting any rest really doesn't help you feel good enough to exercise. I'm REALLY hoping things start to settle down soon with Peanut.

Monday, on the other had, I had to go into town. As such, I walked almost all day long. Needless to say, I got plenty of activity in then.
