Went to the gym
Did biceps (preachercurls/hammer curls/reverse grip curls/machine curls) and triceps(pull downs/machine pull downs/overhead extentions). Did 2.5 miles on the ellipical.

Moved the ski-machine into a room where there was space enough to use it.
Was so exhaused by the effort that had to sit down and order a pizza.

All I managed to get in last night was some little free weight stuff (curls, triceps, arm-raises, lat pull-downs). Need to get on the exercise bike again!!

50 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5mph/8 incline setting. Roughly 515 calories burned.
