I didn't do much this weekend. I benchpressed the baby about 12 times each day (don't laugh, he weighs a good 12 pounds now) which is a lot for me. :p Plus I walked to the grocery store twice.

This doesn't sound like much, but it's a lot with my general lack of sleep. Plus I'm still trying to increase my general activity level after being pregnant. I have little to NO activity late in pregnancy because it was very hard to do anything then.

Friday -- walking back and forth from my class on campus, don't think K & I went for a walk

Saturday -- picked up living room, vacuum'd, steam-clean/shampooed then took K for a walk

Sunday -- took K for a walk

K's walks are between 3 and 5 miles, est. I really need to get around to measuring that path :o

Friday - Arms and Shoulders. Did curls, triceps kickbacks, pulldowns, and extensions, raises. Also did 15 minutes on the treadmill.

Saturday - Slept most of the day, but ate very little, so I figure it cancels out.

Sunday - Not much of anything.

Sunday I got back out for my biketrials competition. I had been off the bike for a month, waiting on parts. I could definitely feel the time off, too. The event was from 12 to 2:30, but definitely not actual riding the whole time. Still, I was noticeably more tired than usual by the end.

Hoping to get on the road bike for some miles at least once this week.

Oh, also stepped on a scale at my aunt's house on Saturday. First scale I've touched in... umm.. long time. No clue on the accuracy of it, but came out at 155, clothed. I'm not so much interested in the weight numbers though as I am in the reduction of belly size, and having my jeans fit better.

Good exercise for arms/shoulders/back are Parallel Dips. They're a killer at first when you're out of shape, but man, do they feel GOOD. They're also a good hamstring stretch and require nearly no equipment except a couple of benches. (Or chairs if you're careful)
